چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی مدارس صورت پذیرفت.
روش کار: جامعه  آماری پژوهش حاضر، صاحب نظران و متخصصان در حوزه­های مدیریت منابع انسانی و مدیریت آموزشی تشکیل دادند. نمونه‌های آماری پژوهش جهت مصاحبه­ی عمیق از خبرگان، مدیران، معاونان مدیران و کارشناسان رسمی و پیمانی در ادارات  آموزش و پرورش کشور ایران انتخاب شدند. در این  پژوهش، محقق داده­های مورد نیاز خود را با انجام مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از اعضای جامعه به جمع آوری نمود. در این پژوهش، با سه طیف اساتید و صاحبنظران دانشگاه، مدیران ارشد و معاونان ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش کشور و کارشناسان رسمی و پیمانی سطح ادارات آموزش و پرورش مصاحبه به عمل آمد و سپس داده­های حاصل از آن­ها از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. برای تحلیل داده­ها از تکنیک تحلیل موضوعی (تم) استفاده شد و روایی یافته­های پژوهش با استفاده از روش­های بازبینی توسط اعضا، بررسی و مشارکتی بودن پژوهش تضمین گردید.
نتایج: یافته­ها نشان دادند که عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی شامل مسئولیت­های قانونی (توجه به حقوق انسانی، توجه به قوانین اجتماعی، مالکیت فکری، التزام به قانون) و مسئولیت­های اخلاقی (توجه به شفاف­سازی، پاسخ­گویی، احترام به ارزش­ها و هنجارها) می­باشد.
نتیجه گیری: عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی، مسئولیت­های قانونی (توجه به حقوق انسانی، توجه به قوانین اجتماعی، مالکیت فکری، التزام به قانون) و مسئولیت­های اخلاقی (توجه به شفاف­سازی، پاسخ­گویی، احترام به ارزش­ها و هنجارها) می­باشند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the factors affecting the social responsibility of schools.
Methods: The statistical population of the present study Human resource management and training management formed. Statistical samples of the research were selected for in-depth interviews with experts, managers, deputy managers and formal and contract experts in the education departments of Iran. In this study, the researcher collected the required data by conducting in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 15 members of the community. Participants in the present study include three spectrums. In this research, three spectrums of university professors and experts, senior managers and deputies of the general departments of education and official and contractual experts of the education departments were interviewed. And then the data obtained through open coding, pivotal It was selected and analyzed. Thematic analysis technique (theme) was used to analyze the data and the validity of the research findings was guaranteed by the members using review methods, peer review, and participatory research.
Results: The results showed effective factors. Social responsibility includes legal responsibilities (paying attention to human rights, paying attention to social laws, intellectual property, adhering to the law) and moral responsibilities (paying attention to transparency, accountability, respect for values ​​and norms).
