ارزیابی ریسک سرمایه گذاری در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه بر اساس تکنیک FMEA با توجه بحران اقتصادی کووید-19

چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعات در دوران بحران اقتصادی کووید-19  در ارتباط با ارزیابی ریسک سرمایه گذاری در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه می تواند براساس تکنیک های مختلفی در شرایط زمان و مکان متفاوت صورت بگیرد  در همین راستا هدف  از این پژوهش ارزیابی ریسک سرمایه گذاری در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه بر اساس تکنیک FMEA با توجه بحران اقتصادی کووید-19 بود.
روش کار:  جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 21 نفر از خبرگان صنعت خودروسازی  بودند. جهت تدوین پیشینه از شیوه اطلاعات کتابخانه  ای و برای ارزیابی سوالات پژوهش از پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده است که روایی آن با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوای مورد تائید قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق که به شناسایی و اولویت بندی حوزه های جذاب صنعت خودرو میپردازد از روش FMEA استفاده می شود.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که با بررسی مطالعات پیشین و مصاحبه با خبرگان، ریسک های مربوط به حوزه سرمایه گذاری در این حوزه در چهار بخش ایده یابی و طراحی ایده، مرحله ارزیابی اولیه و تفصیلی، مراحل طراحی و توسعه، آزمون و تایید مرحله تولید انبوه و معرفی به بازار طبقه بندی شدند.
نتیجه گیری به نظر می رسد در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه، ریسک های مربوط به مرحله ارزیابی اولیه و تفصیلی نسبت به ریسک های مربوط به سایر مراحل از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار بودند.

Introduction: Studies during the economic crisis of COVID-19 in relation to investment risk assessment in the field of research and development can be done based on different techniques in different time and place conditions. The development was based on the FMEA technique due to the COVID-19economic crisis.
Methods: The statistical population of this study was 21 experts in the automotive industry. A library information method was used to compile the background and a questionnaire was used to evaluate the research questions, the validity of which was confirmed by using the content validity ratio. In this research, which identifies and prioritizes attractive areas of the automotive industry, the FMEA method is used.
Results:  The results showed that by reviewing previous studies and interviewing experts, the risks related to the field of investment in this field in four sections: idea generation and design, initial and detailed evaluation stage, design and development stages, testing and approval stage Mass production and market introduction were classified.
Conclusion: It seems that in the field of research and development, the risks related to the initial and detailed evaluation stage had more priority than the risks related to other stages.
