فراتحلیل عوامل موثر بر بارکاری پرستاران

چکیده

مقدمه: پرستاران بزرگ‌ترین گروه ارائه‌دهنده خدمت در نظام سلامت می‌باشند و باید از کیفیت زندگی مطلوبی برخوردار بوده تا بتوانند مراقبت‌ها را به شکل مطلوب به بیماران ارائه دهند. از طرفی بارکاری در شغل پرستاری مسئله بسیار مهمی می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، فراتحلیل عوامل موثر بر بارکاری در بین پرستاران می‌باشد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش، مرورسیستماتیک کمی یا فراتحلیل می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر ، مقالات داوری شده ی مجلات معتبر علمی در سالهای 1389 تا 1399 و 2010 تا 2020 در پایگاه های داخلی چون نورمگز، سید، سیویلیکا و مگ ایران و پایگاه های معتبر خارجی از جمله اسکوپوس، الزیور، گوگل اسکولار و ساینس دایرکت می باشد. در این پژوهش، از روش هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروسو به منظور انجام فرایند مرور سیستماتیک استفاده شده است. تعداد نمونه ها پس از اعمال ملاک های ورود و خروج به تحقیق، به 13 مقاله رسیده است. قیاس اندازه اثر ضریب بتا و ضریب همبستگی بوده است و تحلیل آماری با نرم افزار CMA2 انجام شده است.
نتایج : نتیجه فراتحلیل با نرم افزار فراتحلیل (CMA 2) نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر بارکاری پرستاران با میانگین اندازه اثر 225/0 بدست آمده است. همچنین نتایج فراتحلیل نشان داد که کنترل شغلی با اندازه ی اثر 39/0- و نشاط با اندازه ی اثر 32/0- بیشترین تاثیر معکوس و جنسیت با ضریب تاثیر 839/0 و انگیزش با ضریب تاثیر 783/0 بیشترین تاثیر مستقیم را در بارکاری پرستاران دارد.  
نتیجه گیری: پرستاران به علّت افزایش روزافزون جمعیت و کمبود نیروی کاری با بار کاری سنگین مواجه اند. در بسیاری از اوقات بار کاری که باید انجام شود از محدوده ی توان پرستاران خارج است و فشار زیادی را بر افراد وارد می آورد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Nurses are the largest group of service providers in the health system and should have a good quality of life to provide care to patients in a desirable way. The workload in the nursing profession is a critical issue. This study aimed to meta-analyze the factors affecting workload among nurses.
Material and Methods: The research method is a systematic quantitative review. The statistical population is the articles of reputable scientific journals in 1389 to 1399 and 2010 to 2020 in domestic databases such as Normgaz, SID,, Civilica , MagIran and reputable foreign databases such as Scopus, Elsevier, Google Scholar and Science Direct. In this research, Sandlowski and Barroso have been used. The number of samples has reached 13 articles. The effect size ratio was beta coefficient, correlation.
Results: The result with meta-analysis software (CMA 2) showed that the factors affecting the workload of nurses with an average effect size of 0.225 were obtained. The results of the meta-analysis also showed that job control with an effect size of -0.39 and cheerfulness with an effect size of -0.32 had the most inverse effect and gender with an impact factor of 0.839, and motivation with an impact factor of 0.783 had the most direct effect on It has nurses' workload.
Conclusion: Nurses face a heavy workload due to the increasing population and labour shortage. In many cases, the workload that needs to be done is beyond the reach of nurses and puts a lot of pressure on people.
