پیش‎بینی احساس خوشبختی زوجین بر اساس تمایز یافتگی خود و روابط موضوعی اولیه

چکیده

مقدمه
احساس خوشبختی زوجین به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی است که مقدمه تربیت نسل آینده، بهزیستی روانی زوجین و استقلال خود افراد محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه و پیش­بینی احساس خوشبختی زوجین بر اساس تمایزیافتگی و روابط موضوعی اولیه انجام شد.
روش کار
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺟﻤﻊآوری دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زوج‎هایی بود که به مدت 10سال زندگی مشترک داشتند و در زیر یک سقف در شهر تهران زندگی می‎کردند. از بین جامعه مذکور تعداد 150 زوج (300 نفر) به روش نمونه‎گیری در دسترس و با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و به پرسشنامه­های ﺗﻤﺎﻳﺰﻳﺎﻓﺘﮕﻲ (اﺳﻜﻮورون، 1998)، کیفیت روابط موضوعی (بل و بل، 1995) و احساس خوشبختی (لنتز، 2010) پاسخ دادند. یافته­های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تحلیل شد.
نتایج
نتایج ضریب پیرسون نشان داد که ارتباط بین احساس خوشبختی زوجین با تمایز یافتگی خود و روابط موضوعی اولیه معنی­دار بود (p≤0/001). نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که تمایز یافتگی خود و روابط موضوعی اولیه به ترتیب به میزان 69 % و 74% و معنی دار به پیش­بینی احساس خوشبختی زوجین پرداختند.
نتیجه­گیری
بر اساس تمایز یافتگی خود و روابط موضوعی اولیه می­توان به صورت مستقیم احساس خوشبختی زوجین را پیش­بینی کرد؛ بنابراین با تقویت تمایزیافتگی و روابط موضوعی اولیه می­توان کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین را بهبود بخشید.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The couples' sense of happiness is one of the most important factors that is the prelude to the education of the next generation, the psychological well-being of couples and the independence of individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and prediction of couple's happiness based on differentiation and initial thematic relationships.
Method: In terms of purpose, it was practical and in terms of data collection method was type 2. The statistical population of the study consisted of couples who lived together for 10 years living under one roof in Tehran. 150 couples (300 people) were selected by convenience sampling method according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria., 1995) and feelings of happiness (Lentz, 2010) responded. Findings were analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression tests.
Results: Pearson's results showed that there was a significant relationship between couple's happiness with their differentiation and their initial thematic relationships (p≤0.001). The results of regression also showed that self-differentiation and initial thematic relationships predicted couple happiness by 69% and 74%, respectively.
Conclusion: Based on their differentiation and initial thematic relationships, one can directly predict the happiness of couples, thus enhancing the differentiation and initial thematic relationships can improve the quality of marital life of couples.
