تأثیر حیاط پویا بر رشد حرکتی کودکان ۸ تا ۱۲ ساله

چکیده

مقدمه: توسعه توانایی حرکتی و مهارت­های پایه در طفولیت و کودکی و متعاقب آن نوجوانی و بزرگسالی بر رشد و بالیدگی تمام جنبه­های رشدی تأثیر می­گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر حیاط پویا بر رشد حرکتی کودکان ۸ تا ۱۲ ساله انجام شد.
روش کار:  پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 30 دانش­آموز پسر 8 تا 12 ساله سالم که در سال تحصیلی 98-99 در شهرستان کرمانشاه مشغول به تحصیل بودند به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گواه و تجربی قرار گرفتند. ابتدا از هر دو گروه پیش آزمون به عمل آمد. برای ارزیابی مهارت حرکتی از آزمون رشد حرکتی- درشت نسخه سوم اولریخ (2016) استفاده شد. گروه­ تجربی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 5 روز در برنامه تمرینی ملاک شرکت کردند و گروه گواه فقط به انجام فعالیت­های روزمره پرداختند. بعد از پایان مداخله، از هر دو گروه پس­ آزمون به عمل آمد. داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح خطای 05/0 با نرم افزار SPSS-19  بررسی شدند.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین دو گروه در پس آزمون مهارت­های حرکتی درشت تفاوت معنا­داری وجود داشت (001/0P ˂) و گروه تجربی در هر همه متغیر­ها عملکرد بهتری نسبت به گروه گواه داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که در پسران 8 تا 12 ساله سالم، می­توان با استفاده برنامه حیاط پویا بهبود معناداری در رشد حرکتی آنها ایجاد کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The development of motor skills and basic skills in childhood and adolescence and subsequently adolescence and adulthood affect the growth and development of all aspects of development. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of dynamic yard on motor development of children aged 8 to 12 years.
Methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest design with control group. 30 healthy 8 to 11 year old male students who were studying in Kermanshah in the academic year of 1998-99 were selected voluntarily and randomly divided into two groups of control and experimental. First, pre-tests were performed for both groups. The third edition of Ulrich (2016) was used to assess motor skills. The experimental group participated in the standard training program for 8 weeks and 5 days per week, and the control group performed only daily activities. At the end of the intervention, post-test was performed for both groups. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance at the error level of 0.05 with SPSS-19 software.
Results: The results of covariance analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups in the post-test of large motor skills and the experimental group performed better than the control group in all variables.
Conclusion: It seems that in healthy 8 to 12 year old boys, using the dynamic yard program can significantly improve their motor development.
