نقش واسطه‌ای طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس در بین رابطه والد – فرزند و تنظیم هیجانی با رفتارهای خودجرحی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی رفتارهای خودجرحی براساس رابطه والد – فرزند و تنظیم هیجانی با نقش واسطه ای طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک های مقابله با استرس انجام شد. روش‌ پژوهش حاضر همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوره دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه آماری براساس روش پیشنهادی شوماخر و لوماکس(2004) تعداد 300 نفر محاسبه شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. افراد نمونه، پرسش‌نامه‌های خودآسیبی عمدی (DSHI)، راهبردهای مقابله‌ای لازاروس(WOCQ)، طرح‌واره‌ی یانگ (YSQ)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان (CERQ)و ارزیابی رابطه والد- فرزند (PCRS) را تکمیل کردند. یافته‌ها نشان داد، که مدل ساختاری پژوهش مبنی بر نقش واسطه ای طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک های مقابله با استرس در بین رابطه والد – فرزند و تنظیم هیجانی با رفتارهای خودجرحی با داده های گردآوری شده برازش دارد. سبک مقابله هیجان‌مداری به صورت مثبت و سبک مقابله مسئله مداری به صورت منفی و معنادار، طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه به صورت مثبت و معنادار، راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان به صورت منفی و راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان به صورت مثبت و معنادار، رابطه والد/فرزند به صورت منفی و معنادار، رفتارهای خودجرحی را پیش بینی می کند. براساس نتایج حاصل می‌توان نتیجه گرفت به منظور پیشگیری و کنترل رفتارهای خودجرحی نوجوانان، توجه به عوامل خانوادگی شامل رابطه والد فرزند و عوامل فردی از جمله طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، سبک‌های مقابله با استرس و تنظیم هیجانی ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to predict self-injurious behaviors based on parent-child relationship and emotional regulation with the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas and coping styles. The method of the present study was correlation of structural equations. The statistical population of this study consisted of high school students in Tehran in the academic year 1399-1400. The statistical sample size was calculated based on the method proposed by Schumacher and Lomax (2004) of 300 people who were selected by cluster random sampling. Samplers completed the Intentional Self-harm Scale (DSHI), Lazarus Coping Strategies (WOCQ), Young Schema (YSQ), Cognitive Emotion Regulation (CERQ), and Parent-Child Relationship Assessment (PCRS). Findings showed that the structural model of the study based on the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas and coping styles with stress between parent-child relationship and emotional regulation with self-harming behaviors fits with the collected data. Emotional coping style in a positive way and problematizing coping style in a negative and significant way, initial maladaptive schemas in a positive and significant way, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in a negative and non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in a positive and significant way The parent / child relationship negatively and significantly predicts self-harming behaviors. Based on the results, it can be concluded that in order to prevent and control adolescents' self-harming behaviors, it is necessary to pay attention to family factors including the parent-child relationship and individual factors such as early maladaptive schemas, coping styles and stress regulation.
