مدل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بر اساس شخصیت تیپ D با نقش میانجی ادراک از بیماری

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان پستان شایع ترین نوع سرطان در بین زنان بوده و بعد از سرطان ریه دومین علت مرگ و میر محسوب می شود . زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان نسبت به زنان عادی از کیفیت زندگی نامطلوبی برخوردارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان براساس شخصیت تیپ Dبا نقش میانجی ادراک از بیماری بود.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه کاربردی اطلاعات توصیفی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شهدای تجریش و کلینیک آذر تهران در سال 1399-1398 جمع آوری گردید. حجم نمونه بر 440نفر تعیین گردید . ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی کیفیت زندگی (EORTC QLQ –BR23) ،مقیاس تیپ شخصیتیD و پرسشنامه ادراک بیماری فرم کوتاه ( IPQ-Short form) بود.
نتایج: ضریب مسیر متغیر شخصیت تیپ Dبر ادراک از بیماری زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان به مقدار 578/0و آماره t به مقدار 034/7 ، ضریب مسیر متغیر ادراک از بیماری بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران مورد مطالعه به مقدار 471/0 و آماره t به مقدار 055/3 و نهایتا ضریب مسیر متغیر شخصیت تیپ Dبر کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان به مقدار 523/0 و همچنین آماره t به مقدار 120/4 مشاهده گردید که همگی تاثیر معناداری داشتند.
نتبجه گیری:شخصیت تیپ D با نقش میانجی ادراک از بیماری بر کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان اثر گذار است و باعث کاهش کیفیت زتدگی در این بیماران می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Women with breast cancer have an unfavorable quality of life compared to normal women. The aim of the present study was to investigate the structural model of the quality of life of women with breast cancer based on type D personality with the mediating role of perception of the disease.
Materials and methods: In this applied study, descriptive information of women with breast cancer referred to Tajrish Martyrs Hospital and Azar Clinic in Tehran in 2018-2019 was collected. The sample size was determined to be 440 people. Data collection tools included demographic questionnaire of quality of life (EORTC QLQ-BR23), personality type D scale and short form disease perception questionnaire (IPQ-Short form).
Results: the variable path coefficient of type D personality on the perception of the disease of women with breast cancer is 0.578 and the t-statistic is 7.034, the variable path coefficient of the perception of the disease on the quality of life of the studied patients is 0.471 and the t-statistic is The value of 3.055 and finally the variable path coefficient of type D personality on the quality of life of women with breast cancer was found to be 0.523 and also the t-statistic was found to be 4.120, all of which had a significant effect.
Conclusion: Type D personality with the mediating role of perception of the disease affects the quality of life of women with breast cancer and reduces the quality of life in these patients.
