نقش عدالت جنسیتی بر مولفه‎های رفتاری و سلامتی زنان

چکیده

مقدمه: عدالت جنسیتی در ارتباط با متغیرهای مختلفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است در این راستا در عصر حاضر حوزه سلامت مورد علاقه بسیاری از محققان می‎باشد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف عوامل توانمندسازی و ارتقاء جایگاه مدیریتی زنان در راستای ارتقای سلامت نقش عدالت جنسیتی بر مولفه‎های رفتاری و سلامتی زنان انجام گرفته است.
روش کار: تحقیق حاضر توصیفی-پیمایشی و در استان  قزوین در سال 1398 در مقایسه با  3 استان همجوار همدان، مرکزی و زنجان به انجام رسیده است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش اسنادی کتابخانه ای و روش تحلیل‌داده‎های ثانویه صورت گرفته است.
نتایج: نتایج کلی تحقیق حاکی از آن است که شاخص‎های جنسیتی در قزوین بیشترین میزان شکاف جنسیتی در دستیابی به فرصت شغلی و کمترین میزان در سلامتی؛ دستاوردهای آموزشی و سیاسی دارای توزیع برابرتری است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می­توان گفت که توجه به عدالت جنسیتی در ارتباط با زنان باید جزو اولویت‎های جامعه باشد و این می‎تواند پیامدهای سلامتی و در نتیجه ارتفا کیفی جامعه را به همراه داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Gender justice has been investigated in connection with various variables. Therefore, the current research has been carried out with the aim of empowering factors and improving the managerial position of women in order to improve the health of the role of gender justice on the behavioral and health components of women.
Methods: The current descriptive-survey research was conducted in Qazvin province in 2018 in comparison with 3 neighboring provinces of Hamedan, Markazi and Zanjan. This research has been done using the library document method and the secondary data analysis method.
Results: The general results of the research indicate that gender indicators in Qazvin have the highest gender gap in obtaining job opportunities and the lowest in health; Educational and political achievements have a more equal distribution.
Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that paying attention to gender justice in relation to women should be among the priorities of the society, and this can bring health consequences and, as a result, the quality improvement of the society.
