شناسایی عوامل پدیده آورنده سازمان معتاد در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی براساس نظریه داده بنیاد (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان فارس)

چکیده

مقدمه
سازمان به عنوان  یک معتاد، همانند معتادانی هستند که زندگی شان غیرقابل کنترل و آشفته شده است و در برابر رفتار اعتیادی ناتوان هستند و به طور فزاینده ای درگیر فرآیند اعتیاد شده اند. ازاین­رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل پدیده آورنده سازمان معتاد در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی می باشد. پژوهش  حاضر در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با به‌کارگیری نظریه داده بنیاد انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران حوزه مدیران دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی استان فارس است که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 13 نفر از آن‌ها، انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده­ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد و تحلیل هم‌زمان مصاحبه‌ها نیز با استفاده از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسایی عوامل علی (12 مولفه)، شرایط زمینه ای (12 مولفه)، شرایط مداخله­گر (12 مولفه) و پبامد منفی (14 مولفه) بود. آگاهی از عوامل پدیده آورنده سازمان معتاد می­تواند به دانشگاه در  اجرای خط­مشی و ساز و کارهای غلبه بر پیامد منفی سازمان معتاد و افزایش شاخص امنیت شغلی و بهره­وری کارکنان نماید.

Organizations as addicts are like addicts whose lives have become uncontrollable and chaotic and are powerless against addictive behavior and are increasingly involved in the addiction process. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify the factors that cause the phenomenon of the drug addiction organization in the University of Medical Sciences. The current research was carried out in the framework of qualitative approach and by applying foundation data theory. The statistical population includes experts in the field of managers of medical sciences universities in Fars province, 13 of them were selected through targeted sampling. In order to collect data, semi-structured interviews were used and simultaneous analysis of the interviews was done using three stages of open, central and selective coding. The results of the research included the identification of causal factors (12 components), background conditions (12 components), intervening conditions (12 components) and negative consequences (14 components). Awareness of the factors causing the phenomenon of the addicted organization can help the university in implementing policies and mechanisms to overcome the negative consequences of the addicted organization and increase the index of job security and employee productivity.
