ارزیابی تعیین کننده های جمعیتی بر شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام در بین نوجوانان دختر متأهل ۱۳ تا ۱۸ سال شهر ساری

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش پیشرو، ارزیابی تعیین کننده های جمعیتی بر شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام در بین دختران ازدواج کرده بین ۱۳ تا ۱۸ سال و بالای ۱۹ سال شهر ساری بوده است.
روش کار: از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ جمع آوری داده ها، توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی می باشد. نمونه آماری شامل ۱۵۰ نفر از زنان ازدواج کرده بین ۱۳ تا ۱۸ سال و بالای ۱۹ سال شهر ساری مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت و درمان بوده است، و به منظور تحلیل چند متغیره داده ها از آمون رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شده است .
نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد، در متغیر سن، هرچه سن همسر هنگام ازدواج پایین تر باشد، زمان بارداری زنان آنان نیز پایین تر است. در متغیر وضعیت تأهل، بین شاخص "نوع ازدواج پاسخ دهنده از نظر روابط" و متغیر "شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام" رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین شاخص "میزان تحصیلات پاسخ دهنده" با متغیر "شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام" رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. در مولفه درآمد، شاخص " عضو کدام دهک درآمدی جامعه" دارای رابطه معناداری با متغیر "شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام" بوده است. در مولفه مکان؛ بین شاخص های "محل سکونت پاسخ دهنده"، "وضعیت مالکیت محل سکونت پاسخ دهنده"، و "منطقه زندگی در شهرستان ساری" با متغیر "شکل گیری بارداری زودهنگام" رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری : تنظیم خانواده برای زوجین زیر 18 سال ارتباط مستقیمی با بودجه دولت دارد. دولت باید مسئولیت خود را در قبال زنان فقیری که با حاملگی ناخواسته مواجه می شوند مشخص کند .

Introdection: The aim of the research was to evaluate the demographic determinants of early pregnancy among married women between 13 and 18 years old and girls over 19 years old in Sari city.
Methods: The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical sample includes 150 married women between the ages of 13 and 18 and girls over the age of 19 in the city of Sari who refer to health centers. In data analysis, Logistic Regression were used using SPSS software version 22.
Resoults: The findings showed that, in the age variable, the lower the age of the spouse at the time of marriage, the longer the pregnancy time of the women. They are also lower. In addition, it became clear that there is a significant relationship between the index "level of education of the respondent" and the variable "formation of early pregnancy". In the income component, the index "Member of which income decile of the society" has a significant relationship with the variable "Formation of early pregnancy". in the location component; There is a significant relationship between the indicators "respondent's place of residence", "ownership status of the respondent's place of residence", and "living area in Sari" with the variable "formation of early pregnancy".
Conclusions: Family planning for couples under the age of 18 is directly related to the government budget. The government should clarify its responsibility towards poor women who face unwanted pregnancy.
