چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی بسته ارتقای سلامت براساس شکوفایی بر باورهای اساسی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کلیه بود. روش: روش پژوهش، از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه افراد مبتلا به سرطان کلیه عضو انجمن سرطان کلیه شهر تهران در سال 1400-1401 بودند که 30 نفر به روش هدفمند انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه به شیوه‌ی تصادفی تخصیص یافتند. از پرسش‌نامه‌های ا باورهای اساسی(کاتلین و ایستاین، 1992) برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار22 SPSS و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین میانگین نمرات دنیای معنادار(p<0/001) و باور به خود مطلوب(p<0/001) بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمرات پس‌آزمون تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بسته ارتقای سلامت براساس شکوفایی بر باورهای اساسی اثربخش است. نتیجه‌گیری: بسته ارتقای سلامت براساس شکوفایی بر باورهای اساسی اثربخش است.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the health promotion package based on the basic beliefs of kidney cancer patients. Method: The research method was a semi-experimental type with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with a control group. The statistical population was all people with kidney cancer who were members of Tehran Kidney Cancer Association in 2001-2001, and 30 people were selected in a purposeful way and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. Basic beliefs questionnaires (Catlin and Estein, 1992) were used to collect information. Data were analyzed with SPSS 22 software and using multivariate covariance analysis. Findings: The results indicate that there was a significant difference between the mean world scores (p<0.001) and favorable self-belief (p<0.001) between the experimental and control groups in the post-test scores. Conclusion: health promotion package based on flourishing on basic beliefs is effective. effective
