اثر تمرین هوازی و ذهن آگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی و کورتیزول مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع ۲

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی و شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر استرس و کیفیت خواب مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع ۲ بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح تحقیق پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه های تجربی و گواه می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های غدد و متابولیسم شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بوده که براساس معیارهای ورود به تحقیق 33 نفر باقی ماندند (تمرین هوازی 11 نفر، تمرین هوازی - ذهن آگاهی12 نفر، کنترل 10 نفر). ابزارهای تحقیق شامل مقیاس استرس ادراک شده (Percieved Stress Scale) و پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ (PSQI) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از تحلیل های توصیفی و تحلیل های استنباطیِ پارامتریک مانند آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندگانه (ANOVA)، آزمون اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمونهای تعقیبی انجام شد
نتایج: اختلاف بین پس آزمون با پیگیری در گروه تمرین هوازی در هیچ کدام از متغیرها معنا دار نیست (05/0<p). بین پس آزمون هر سه متغیر در گروه های تجربی تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد (05/0<p) ولی بین پیگیری متغیرهای استرس ادراک شده و کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ در گروه های تجربی تفاوت وجود دارد (001/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: هردو گروه بر استرس و کیفیت خواب اثر گذارند ولی با توجه به نتایج آزمون پیگیری در گروه تمرین هوازی-ذهن آگاهی که معنادار بود، اثرات ذهن آگاهی در طول زمان ماندگارتر است.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise and cognitive therapy based on mindfulness on stress and sleep quality in men with type 2 diabetes.
Methods: This research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test research design with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the research consisted of men with type 2 diabetes referring to endocrinology and metabolism clinics in Isfahan city. The sampling method was purposeful and based on the criteria for entering the research, 33 people remained (aerobic exercise 11 people, aerobic exercise-mindfulness 12 people, control 10 people). Research tools included Perceived Stress Scale and Petersburg Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI). Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and inferential parametric analysis such as multiple analysis of variance (ANOVA), repeated measurement test, and post hoc tests.
Results:  The difference between post-test and follow-up in aerobic exercise group is not significant in any of the variables (p<0.05). There is no significant difference between the post-test of all three variables in the experimental groups (p < 0.05), but there is a difference between the follow-up variables of perceived stress and Petersburg sleep quality in the experimental groups (p < 0.001).
Conclusion: Both groups have an effect on stress and sleep quality, but according to the results of the follow-up test in the aerobic-mindfulness group, which was significant, the effects of mindfulness are more lasting over time.
