Introduction: For nurses, resilience is one of the factors that reduces stress levels and increases endurance. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the antecedents and consequences of job resilience among nurses in hospitals in Fars province.
Methods: The present study is considered a survey research in terms of its purpose. In this study, interpretive structural equations were used for leveling, prioritizing, and structural equations were used to examine the model. Because this study presents a model derived from research in the field of presenting a model of antecedents and consequences of job resilience among nurses in hospitals in Fars province, it will lead to the growth and development of organizational processes. The statistical population of the quantitative section will include all nurses in hospitals in Fars province who are working in 1403. SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings showed that the factor loading of the questions in the significant state was greater than the critical value of 1.96 and in the standard state was greater than 0.4. As a result, the research questions were approved or, in other words, they were able to correctly measure the research variables.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, it seems that in the significant state, the t-value (path coefficient in the significant state) should be greater than 1.96 for the relationship between the variables to be significant.
