طراحی مدل سازگاری اجتماعی براساس سبک‌های هویتی با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل سازگاری اجتماعی براساس سبک‌های هویتی با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش کار­: پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اراک در نیمه اول سال 1401 بودند که از میان آنها به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس تعداد 450 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سبک­های هویت برزونسکی (1989)، پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله فولکمن و لازاروس (1985) و پرسشنامه سازگاری بل (1939) بود. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، تحلیل مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری به کار گرفته شد.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان دادند مدل ساختاری پژوهش با داده‌های گردآوری شده برازش دارد. ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین سبک هویت سردرگم و سازگاری اجتماعی به واسطه راهبردهای مقابله‌ای هیجان مداری (001/0=p، 071/0=β) و مسئله مداری (001/0=p، 061/0=β) مثبت و معنادار و ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین سبک هویت اطلاعاتی و سازگاری اجتماعی به واسطه راهبرد مقابله‌ای مسئله مداری (001/0=p، 115/0-=β) منفی و معنادار بود.

Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a social adaptation model based on identity styles mediated by coping strategies in students.
Methods: The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-correlational research in terms of its research method. The statistical population of the present study included all students studying at Arak Islamic Azad University in the first half of 1401, from which 450 people were selected using the available sampling method. The research instruments were the Berzonsky Identity Styles Questionnaire (1989), the Folkman and Lazarus Coping Strategies Questionnaire (1985), and the Bell Adaptability Questionnaire (1939). Structural equation modeling analysis was used to test the research hypotheses.
Results: The findings showed that the structural model of the study fits the collected data. The indirect path coefficient between confused identity style and social adjustment through emotion-focused (p=0.001, β=0.071) and problem-focused (p=0.001, β=0.061) coping strategies was positive and significant, and the indirect path coefficient between informational identity style and social adjustment through problem-focused coping strategy was negative and significant.
