مقایسه کیفیت زندگی زنان چاق با زنان دارای وزن طبیعی

چکیده

مقدمه
چاقی یک مشکل شایع سلامتی عمومی است که  به یکی از نگرانی های عمده سلامتی جهانی تبدیل شده است، مطالعات زیادی ارتباط بین چاقی را با احتمال خطر  بیماری های متعدد چون دیابت و ... مطرح کرده اند. افراد چاق اختلالاتی را در کیفیت زندگی خود  نیزتجربه می کنند. این مطالعه به منظور مقایسه کیفیت زندگی زنان چاق و دارای وزن طبیعی در قزوین انجام شد.
روش کار
 این مطالعه مورد– شاهدی ، در سال 1389 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین بر 115 زن چاق (30BMI≥) به عنوان گروه مورد و 114 زن با وزن طبیعی (20BMI><24) به عنوان گروه شاهد که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. برای تعیین کیفیت زندگی از پرسش نامه کیفیت زندگی SF-36 و برای تعیین چاقی از BMI  استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و فاصله اطمینان 95% تحلیل شد.      
نتایج
 نتایج نشان داد، زنان چاق در مقایسه با زنان با وزن طبیعی درشش بعد از هشت بعد کیفیت زندگی (عملکرد جسمانی (001/0 >p)  ، محدودیت نقش کاری (01/0=p) درد جسمانی (05/0) سلامت عمومی(012/0=p) نشاط (014/0= (p عملکرد اجتماعی (045/0=  (pبه طور معنی داری دچار اختلال کیفیت زندگی بودند .
نتیجه گیری
 افراد چاق معمولا سطوح پایین سلامتی جسمی و روانی، بخصوص سطوح پایین احساس خوب بودن جسمی و اجتماعی را تجربه می کنند.

Introduction
Obesity is a public health problem that has raised concern worldwide. Numerous epidemiological Studies have showed the relationship between excess weight, abdominal fatness and risk of a wide range of illnesses (i.e. diabetes), People who are obese experience health-related quality-of-life impairments. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the Comparison of Living Quality obese with normal weight women in Qazvin.
Materials and Methods
A case-control study was performed on women of Qazvin who were obese and normal-weight. Total of 115 women with obesity and 114 controls (with normal-weight) were randomly selected. Obesity was determined based on BMI and SF-36 questionnaire using for quality of life. Data were analyzed using soft ware of SPSS and 95% confidence Interval.
Results
The results showed that obese women were significantly more impaired than normal weight women in six of eight Domains: domains such as physical Functioning (p<0.001), physical Role limitation (p=0.01), bodily pain (p=0.05), general health perception (p=0.012), vitality (p=0.014), and social Functioning (p=0.045).
Conclusion
Women with obesity had experienced poor levels of health, particularly poor levels of physical and social well-being.
