تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر عملکرد تحصیلی و هوش هیجانی دانش‌آموزان پسر کم‌توان‌ذهنی پایه پنجم ابتدایی شادگان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه هوش هیجانی به عنوان یک موضوع جدید در حوزه روان شناسی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مطالعاتی که در این زمینه انجام شده است، مبین نقش هوش هیجانی و مولفه های آن در جنبه­های مختلف زندگی فرد همچون عملکرد تحصیلی می­باشد. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا تأثیر آموزش  هوش هیجانی را بر عملکرد تحصیلی و هوش هیجانی دانش‌آموزان پسر کم‌توان‌ذهنی شهر شادگان بررسی کند.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل تمام دانش­آموزان (پسر) دارای کم توان ذهنی در سال تحصیلی 98-1397، در مقطع ابتدایی پایه پنجم شهر شادگان بود. از میان آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، 40 نفر انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفره گواه و آزمایش (روش مداخله: آموزش هوش هیجانی گلمن) تقسیم شدند. سیاهه بهره‌ی هوش هیجانی بار-آن و پارکر توسط دانش آموزان، به عنوان پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، تکمیل شدند. سپس، گروه آزمایشی به مدت 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای آموزش هوش هیجانی را فرا گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. پس از پایان دوره‌ی آموزش، گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه مجدداً مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده ها با نرم افزار آماری SPSS-18 در سطح 05/0 =ᵅ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که آموزش هوش هیجانی عملکرد تحصیلی و هوش هیجانی دانش­آموزان را افزایش می دهد (P<0/01).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش  هوش هیجانی، عملکرد تحصیلی و هوش هیجانی دانش آموزان پسر کم توان ذهنی را افزایش داده است.

Abstract:
Introduction: Emotional intelligence is now considered as a new subject in the field of psychology. Studies done in this field illustrate the role of emotional intelligence and its components in various aspects of human life, such as academic performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence education on academic performance and emotional intelligence in Shadegan's fifth grade male students.
Method: In order to do this, 50 male students of the fifth grade boy were randomly selected by random sampling method in Shadegan city. After initial screening, 40 subjects were randomly assigned (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group). Control group). The students' load-It and Parker emotional intelligence benefit log was completed as a pre-test and post-test. Then, the experimental group received 10 minutes of emotional intelligence instruction and the control group did not receive any intervention. After the end of the training period, the experimental group and the control group were re-evaluated. Data were analyzed by SPSS18 software at ᵅ =0.05.
 Results: The results of multivariate covariance analysis indicated that emotional intelligence education increased academic performance and emotional intelligence among students          (P <0.01).
Conclusion: The results showed that emotional intelligence education increased the academic performance and emotional intelligence of mentally retarded boy students.
