اثربخشی درمان ذهن‌آگاهی بر نشاط ذهنی و نظم‌جویی شناختی هیجان در بیماران مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنی

چکیده

مقدمه
بروز بیماری‌های مزمن جسمی همچون سردردهای میگرنی سبب آسیب‌های هیجانی و روان‌شناختی در بیماران می‌شود. بر این اساس نیاز است که در کنار درمان‌های پزشکی معمول، به ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی بیماران نیز توجه کافی صورت پذیرد. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان ذهن‌آگاهی بر نشاط ذهنی و نظم‌جویی شناختی هیجان در بیماران مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنیانجام گرفت.
روش کار
پژوهش حاضر نیمه­آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل بیماران مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنی شهرستان شاهین‌شهر اصفهان در سه ماهه آخر سال 1397 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 بیمار مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنی با روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه­های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (15 بیمار در گروه آزمایش و 15 بیمار در گروه گواه). گروه آزمایش مداخله درمان ذهن‌آگاهی (1) را طی دو ماه در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه نشاط ذهنی (2) و نظم‌جویی شناختی هیجان (3) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج
نتایج نشان داد که درمان ذهن‌آگاهی بر نشاط ذهنی و نظم‌جویی شناختی هیجان در بیماران مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنی تأثیر معنادار دارد(001/0>p).
نتیجه­ گیری
بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان بیان کرد که درمان ذهن‌آگاهی با برخورداری از فنونی همانند افکار، هیجانات و رفتار آگاهانه می‌تواند به عنوان یک درمان کارآمد جهت بهبود نشاط ذهنی و نظم‌جویی شناختی هیجان در بیماران مبتلا به سردردهای میگرنی مطرح باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The emergence of chronic diseases such as migraine headache causes emotional and psychological damages in the patients. Therefore, there should be sufficient attention to the patients’ psychological features besides common medical therapies. According to that, the present study was conducted aiming to investigate the effectiveness of mindful therapy on mental vitality and emotion cognitive regulation in the patients with migraine headache.
Materials and Methods The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, control group and a two-month follow-up design. The statistical population of the study included the patients with migraine headache in the town of Shahin Shahr, Isfahan in the first quarter of 2019. 30 patients with migraine headache were selected through voluntary sampling method and they were randomly replaced into experimental and control groups (15 patients in the experimental and 15 in the control group). The experimental group received eight ninety-minute mindful therapy interventions (Cabat Zin, 2003) during two months. The applied questionnaires in this study included mental vitality questionnaire (Ryan and Fredrick, 1997) and emotion cognitive regulation (Granfski, et.al, 2002). The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA.
Results: the results showed that mindful therapy significantly influences mental vitality and emotion cognitive regulation in the patients with migraine headache (p<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study it can be stated that mindful therapy can be suggested as an efficient therapy to improve mental vitality and emotion cognitive regulation in the patients with migraine headache owning techniques such as thoughts, emotions and mindful behavior.
