اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر کیفیت خواب و شادکامی بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن

چکیده

مقدمه
بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن علاوه بر مسائل جسمانی بر در زمینه­های روانی مخصوصا کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی نیز مشکل دارند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشى شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر کیفیت زندگى و شادکامی بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن انجام شد.
روش کار
در پژوهش حاضر بر حسب نوع گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع طرح‌های نیمه­آزمایشی استفاده شد، طرح این پژوهش از نوع طرح‌های پیش­آزمون–پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از جامعه آماری بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن منطقه 2 شهر تهران، به روش در دسترس، 28 نفر انتخاب شد که به­صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 14 تایی با عنوان گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل را تقسیم شدند. پرسشنامه­های پژوهش پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت و شادکامی آکسفورد بود و از بسته آموزشی ذهن­آگاهی کابات زین (2003) استفاده شد. داده­ها با آزمون کواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج
نتایج کواریانس نشان داد که شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر افزایش کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن تاثیر مثبت و معنی­داری دارد (001/≥p).
نتیجه­گیری
اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن موثر است؛ از این رو پیشنهاد می­شود از تکنیک­های ذهن­آگاهی بر بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Patients with chronic pain, in addition to physical problems, also have problems in psychological areas, especially quality of life and happiness. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) on quality of life and happiness of patients with chronic pain.
Methods: In the present study, according to the type of data collection, semi-experimental designs were used. The design of this research was pre-test-post-test designs with a control group. From the statistical population of patients with chronic pain in region 2 of Tehran, 28 people were selected by available methods, who were randomly divided into two groups of 14 as the experimental group and the control group. The research questionnaires were the Oxford Quality of Life Questionnaire of the World Health Organization and the Kabat Zayn (2003) mindfulness training package was used. Data were analyzed by covariance test.
Results: The results of covariance showed that mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on increasing the quality of life and happiness of patients with chronic pain (p 00 0.001).
Conclusion: mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is effective on quality of life and happiness of patients with chronic pain; Therefore, it is suggested to use mindfulness techniques on patients with chronic pain.
