تدوین مدل علی رفتارهای خود آسیب‌رسان بر اساس سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار در دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین مدل علی رفتارهای خود آسیب‌رسان بر اساس سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار در دانش­آموزان بود.
روش کار: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری در این پژوهش تمام دانش­آموزان مدارس دوره‌ی دوم متوسطه استان آذربایجان غربی در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از روشخوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای 214 نفر (99 دختر و 115 پسر) انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه آسیب به خود، پرسشنامه دل‌بستگی کولینز و رید و پرسشنامه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش­های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بر رفتار خود آسیب‌رسان دارای اثر مثبت و مستقیم می‌باشند.
نتیجه گیری: این یافته‌ها در درمان و پیشگیری از رفتارهای خود آسیب‌رسان تلویحات مهمی دارد و می‌توان از طریق شناسایی سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار، آسیب‌پذیر بودن نسبت به رفتارهای خود آسیبی را در آن‌ها پیش‌بینی کرد.

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to develop a causal model of self-harming behaviors based on attachment styles and maladaptive schemas in students.
Methods:The research method in this study was correlational. The statistical population of this study was all secondary school students of West Azarbaijan province in the academic year 2018-19. In this study, 214 people (99 girls and 115 boys) were selected using multistage cluster sampling. Collins and Reed Attachment questionnaire, Yang early maladaptive schema questionnaire and Self-Harm Inventory (SHI) were used for data collection. Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used for data analysis.
Results:Path analysis results showed that attachment styles and early maladaptive schemas had a direct and positive effect on the self-harming behavior.
Conclusion:These findings have important implications in the treatment and prevention of self-harm behaviors and can be predicted to be vulnerable to self-harm behaviors by identifying attachment styles, maladaptive schemas.
