رابطه‌ی امید به زندگی و نگرش مذهبی با سرسختی روان شناختی سالمندان: نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی

چکیده
مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با سلامت روانی سالمندان، یکی از موضوعات مورد علاقه حوزه روان شناسی سالمندی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه­ی امید به زند گی و نگرش مذهبی با سرسختی روان شناختی سالمندان با توجه به نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی بود.
 روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بوده که برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه سالمندان سطح شهر تهران بود که از میان آن­ها 329 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه­های سرسختی روانشناختی اهواز، امید به زندگی، نگرش مذهبی  و حمایت اجتماعی پاسخ دادند.
یافته‌ها: مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل فرضی پژوهش دارای برازش مناسبی با داده­ها است و همچنین مسیر مستقیم متغیرهای امید به زندگی، نگرش­های مذهبی و حمایت اجتماعی به سرسختی روانشناسی معنی­دار است (05/0P<). همچنین نشان داده­شد که متغیر حمایت اجتماعی دارای اثر واسطه­ای معنی­داری بین امید به زندگی و نگرش­های مذهبی با سرسختی روانشناسی است (05/0P<).
 نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می­شود که به نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی در رابطه­ی بین امید به زندگی و نگرش­های مذهبی با سرسختی روانشناسی توجه شود و درمانگران این مولفه­ را در کاربست درمانی خود بگنجانند.

Introduction: Identifying factors related to the mental health of the elderly is one of the topics of interest in the field of geriatric psychology. The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between life expectancy and religious attitudes with psychological hardiness of elder peoples with regard to the mediating role of social support.
Methods: This study was a descriptive-correlational study and structural equation modeling method was used for data analysis. The statistical population consisted of all elder people in Tehran, 329 of whom were selected by convenience sampling method and They responded to Ahwaz psychological hardiness questionnaires, life expectancy, religious attitudes, and social support scales.
Results: Structural equation modeling showed that the hypothetical model of research has a good fit with the data and also the direct path of life expectancy variables, religious attitudes and social support to psychological hardiness was significant (P <0.05). It has also been shown that social support variable has a significant mediating effect between life expectancy and religious attitudes with psychological stubbornness.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to consider the mediating role of social support in the relationship between life expectancy and religious attitudes with psychological hardiness and therapists to incorporate this component in their therapeutic practice.
