تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با مصرف مکمل جینسینگ بر ترکیب بدن، قدرت عضلانی و استرس اکسیداتیو

چکیده

مقدمه: تحقیقات نشان داده است که عملکرد ورزشی ورزشکاران به توانایی حفظ و تولید بازده بالایی از انرژی در واحد زمان بستگی دارد؛ بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه تاثیر 8 هفته تمرینات  مقاومتی همراه با مصرف مکمل جینسینگ بر ترکیب بدن، قدرت عضلانی و استرس اکسیداتیو مردان ورزشکار می‎باشد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون است. جامعه آماری شامل ورزشکاران پرورش اندام کار 20 تا 25 سال می‌باشند که به باشگاه ورزشی توان شهر گرگان در سال 1399 مراجعه نمودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج پژوهش، تعداد 30 نفر واجد شرایط به طور هدفمند شناسایی شده به صورت تصادفی به 2 گروه 15 نفری گمارده شدند. از نوارمتری استاندارد، ترازوی سکا جهت ازیابی ها استفاده گردید. تعیین سطح سرمی‎مالدون دی آلدهید با استفاده از دستگاه فلوریمتری و ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی سرم نیز با استفاده از روش فارپ صورت گرفت. گروه ها به مدت 6 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه به تمرین چرداختند. در این پژوهش از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 25 نیز برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها و همچنین آزمون t وابسته و مستقل استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین میانگین­های  پس آزمون تمامی‎متغیرها در دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد (001/0≥ P). همچنین تمرینات  مقاومتی به تنها و همراه با مصرف مکمل جینسینگ بر تمامی‎متغیرها به غیر از نسبت دور کمر به باسن گروه تمرین مقاومتی+جینسینگ  معنی دار می‎باشد و از نظر آماری معنی دار  می‎باشد (001/0≥ P).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می­رسد که استفاده از مکمل جینسینگ به همراه تمرینات مقاومتی نسبت به تمرینات  مقاومتی به تنهایی تاثیر مضاعف بر متغیرهای تحقیق نداشته باشد.

Abstract
Introduction: Research has shown that athletes' athletic performance depends on their ability to maintain and produce high energy efficiency per unit time; Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effect of 8 weeks of resistance training with ginseng supplementation on body composition, muscle strength and oxidative stress in male athletes.
Methods: The present study is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design. The statistical population includes athletes aged 20 to 25 who referred to Tavan Sports Club in Gorgan in 2020. Purposeful sampling method and based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, 30 eligible people were randomly identified and randomly assigned to 2 groups of 15 people. The research instruments included a body composition device. In this study, SPSS software version 25 was used to analyze the data as well as one-way analysis of variance.
Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the post-test means of all variables in the two groups (P ≤ 0.001). Also, resistance training alone and with the use of ginseng supplement on all variables except the waist to hip ratio of resistance training + ginseng group is significant and is statistically significant (P ≤ 0.001).
Conclusion: It seems that the use of ginseng supplement along with resistance training compared to resistance training alone does not have a double effect on research variables.
