مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش‌های قبل از ازدواج به روش برنامه آگاهی و انتخاب بین فردی و رویکرد چندبعدی بومی‌نگر بر اضطراب/ اجتناب دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی در افراد متقاضی ازدواج

چکیده

مقدمه: فقدان آموزش کافی در مورد مسائل مرتبط با ازدواج و اطلاعات ناکافی زوجین ممکن است زندگی زوجین را دچار مشکلات زیادی کند. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش­های قبل از ازدواج به روش برنامه آگاهی و انتخاب بین فردی و رویکرد چندبعدی بومی­نگر بر اضطراب/ اجتناب دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی در افراد متقاضی ازدواج می باشد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد مراجعه کننده به کانون زندگی پایدار متقاضی ازدواج شهر اراک در سال 1399 بود واز بین آنان تعداد 60 نفر به صورت دردسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایشی قرار گرفتند. محتوای جلسه­های آموزش قبل از ازدواج با تکیه بر اصول و فنون برنامه آگاهی و انتخاب بین فردی (PICK) به صورت هفتگی دو جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای و آموزش چندبعدی بومی­نگر به صورت 10 جلسه 40 دقیقه­ای انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه دلبستگی بزرگ‌سالان هازان و شاور (1987) و پرسشنامه تمایز یافتگی اسکورون (2000) بود و برای تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین اثربخشی آموزش­های قبل از ازدواج به روش برنامه آگاهی و انتخاب بین فردی و رویکرد چندبعدی بومی­نگر بر اضطراب دلبستگی/ اجتناب دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی در افراد متقاضی ازدواج تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.
نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به نتایج به دست آمده، به نظر می رسد که هر دو درمان به یک اندازه بر اضطراب دلبستگی/ اجتناب دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی اثربخش هستند.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Introduction:lack of adequate education on issues related to marriage and insufficient information of couples are that may cause many problems in couples' lives. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of premarital education through the method of awareness program and interpersonal selection and multidimensional indigenous approach on anxiety / avoidance of attachment and differentiation in individuals seeking marriage.
Methods: The research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design. The statistical population included all people who referred to the Center for Sustainable Life seeking marriage in Arak in 2020, and among them 60 people were randomly selected and randomly divided into three experimental groups of interpersonal knowledge and selection program (20 people), group Indigenous training (20 people) and control group (20 people) were included. Content of premarital education sessions based on the principles and techniques of the Interpersonal Awareness and Selection Program (PICK) were two weekly sessions of 90 minutes and multidimensional indigenous training in 10 sessions of 40 minutes. Data collection tools were Hazan and Shaver Adult Attachment Questionnaire (1987) and Scuron Differentiation Questionnaire (2000). Analysis of covariance test using SPSS software version 22 was used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of premarital education through knowledge program and interpersonal choice and the multidimensional indigenous approach on attachment anxiety / avoidance of attachment and differentiation in marriage seekers.
Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that both treatments are equally effective on attachment anxiety / avoidance of attachment and differentiation.
