اثربخشی آموزش هوش زناشویی بر رضایت و سازگاری زناشویی زوجین

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: حفظ کیان خانواده امری است که در جوامع گوناگون به آن اهمیت زیادی داده می‌شود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش هوش زناشویی بر رضایت و سازگاری زناشویی زوجینانجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نیمه­آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زوجین 20 تا 45 سال دارای تعارضات زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان در سه ماهه زمستان سال 1398 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زوج 20 تا 45 سال دارای تعارضات زناشویی با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه­های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 زوج). پس از شروع مداخله 3 زوج در گروه آزمایش و 2 زوج در گروه گواه از ادامه حضور در پژوهش انصراف دادند. گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزش هوش زناشویی (محقق ساخته) را طی سه ماه در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی (براتی و ثنایی، 1375)؛ پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (اولسون، 2006) و پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی (‌اسپینر، 1976) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر توسط SPSS ویرایش 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هوش زناشویی بر رضایت و سازگاری زناشویی زوجین تأثیر معنادار دارد (p<0/001). بدین صورت که این آموزش توانسته بود منجر به بهبود رضایت (64/0) و سازگاری زناشویی (68/0) زوجین شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن بودند که آموزش هوش زناشویی با بهره‌گیری از فنونی همانند آموزش همدلی، ابراز هیجان مثبت، صمیمیت، خودآگاهی، انگیزش در رابطه، همدلی، اصلاح مداوم الگوهای احساسی، جنسی، رفتاری و شناختی مشترک و اقدامات اثربخش می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت بهبود رضایت و سازگاری زناشویی زوجین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Effectiveness of Couple Intelligence Training on the Couple’s Martial Satisfaction and Adjustment

Introduction and purpose: Supporting the family foundation is a matter of high importance in various societies. Therefore, the present study was conducted aiming to investigate the effectiveness of couple intelligence training on the couples’ marital satisfaction and adjustment.
Material and methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, and control group design and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population of the present study included 20 to 45-year-old couples with marital conflict who referred to consultation centers in the city of Isfahan in the first quarter of 2020. Thirty 20 to 45 year-old couples with marital conflicts were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 couples). Three couples from the experimental group and two couples from the control group quitted the study after starting the intervention. The experimental group received twelve ninety-minute sessions of intervention related to couple intelligence training (researcher-made) during three months. The applied questionnaires in this study included marital conflict questionnaire (Barati and Sana’ie, 1997), Enrich’s marital satisfaction questionnaire (Olson, 2006) and marital adjustment questionnaire (Sinner, 1976). The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA by SPSS version 23.
Findings: the results showed that couple intelligence training has significant effect on the couple’s martial satisfaction and adjustment (p<0.001) in a way that this training succeeded in the improvement of the couples’ marital satisfaction (0.64) and adjustment (0.68).
Conclusion: The findings of the study revealed that couple intelligence training can be applied as an efficient method to improve the couples’ marital satisfaction and adaption through employing techniques such as training empathy, expressing positive emotion, intimacy, self-awareness, motivation in relationship, empathy, steady modification of common sensational, sexual, behavioral and cognitive  models and effective measures.
