Using available sampling, 61 people were studied as a sample. Then, based on the entry and exit criteria, 45 people were selected and randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group. The instruments used to collect data were the Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale and the Hertz Life expectancy Questionnaire. After the implementation of the research data, the subjects studied, scored and interpreted and in order to compare the mean scores of the two experimental and control groups and the effect of pre-test scores and other intervening variables on post-test, analysis of covariance was used.
Results: The results showed that there was a difference between the mean scores of resilience in the three groups of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness training based on stress reduction and control. There is also a significant difference between the mean scores of life expectancy in the three groups of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness training based on stress reduction and control.
