شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های مدیریت ناب در مدارس دوره اول متوسطه

چکیده

 



مقدمه: نظام آموزشی بدون مدیریت موثر و اثربخش قادر به دستیابی به اهداف خود نیست. از رویکردهای نوین و موثر که امروزه در بسیاری از سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌های تولیدی، خدماتی، تجاری و حتی اداری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است مدیریت ناب است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مدیریت ناب در مدارس دوره اول متوسطه انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش نوع آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از متخصصین حوزه مدیریت در دو سطح اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مدیران مدارس که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند، صورت گرفت و با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها پرداخته شد و بر اساس آن پرسشنامه‌ای در مقیاس پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت ایجاد گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 98/0 برآورد گردید. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1059 نفر از کلیه مدیران متوسطه دوره اول شهر تهران بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 283 نفر برای پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه و به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند.
نتایج: بعد از کدگذاری و تحلیل عاملی داده‌ها، 7 مولفه اصلی مدیریت و رهبری، ساختار، منابع انسانی، ارتباطی، تکنولوژی، فرهنگ سازمانی و فرایند و 60 مولفه فرعی شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت ناب دارای مولفه‌های خاصی است که با به‌کارگیری آن به عنوان یک رویکرد نوین می‌توان در راستای دستیابی به اهداف مدرسه موثرتر عمل کرد.

Introduction: Without an effective management system, the education system will not be able to achieve its goals. Lean management is one of the most effective and innovative approaches today in many manufacturing, service, commercial and even administrative organizations and companies. The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions and components of lean management in first grade high schools.
Method: The research method was mixed (quantitative and qualitative). In the qualitative part, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 management experts at two levels of faculty members of universities and school principals who were selected by purposeful method and using the results of coding method in three stages of open coding, the central and selective analyzes of the interviews were conducted and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire was developed. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated as 0.98 by Cronbach's alpha. In the quantitative part of the statistical population, 1059 high school principals in Tehran were selected by cluster sampling and 283 individuals were selected by using Cochran formula to answer the questionnaire and as the sample size.
 Result: After data coding and factor analysis, 7 key components of management and leadership, structure, human resources, communication, technology, organizational culture and process and 60 sub-components were identified.
Conclusions: Lean management has certain components that can be used to achieve school goals more effectively as a new approach.
