اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش دوره اول متوسطه

چکیده

مقده و هدف: تکالیف زیاد و انتظارات غیرواقع‌بینانه اطرافیان، ممکن است دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش را مضطرب نماید. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش دوره اول متوسطهانجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل دانش­آموزان تیزهوش دوره متوسطه اول شهر خرم­آباد در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. بدین صورت که از بین دانش­آموزان تیزهوش دوره متوسطه اول شهر خرم­آباد، تعداد 30 دانش­آموز به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزش تنظیم هیجان (گروس، 2007) را طی دو و نیم ماه در 10 جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. این در حالی بود که افراد حاضر در گروه گواه این مداخله را در طول فرایند انجام پژوهش دریافت نکردند. پرسشنامه‌ مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش تأثیر معناداری داشته است (0001/0>p). علاوه بر این نتایج نشان داد که این مداخله توانسته تاثیر خود را در طول زمان نیز به شکل معناداری حفظ نماید (0001/0>p). میزان تاثیر آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش 69 درصد بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که آموزش تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت کاهش اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش مورد استفاده گیرد.

Introduction and purpose: Excessive homework and unrealistic expectations of those around you may make gifted students anxious. according to this the present study was conducted aiming to investigate the effectiveness of emotion regulation trainingon anxiety of high school gifted students.
Material and methods: The research method of the present study was experimental with pretest, posttest control group, two-month follow-up research design. The statistical population of present study included all high-school gifted students in the city of Khorram Abad in academic year 2017-18. Simple random sampling method were used in the current study in a way that 30 students were selected through simple random sampling method from high school gifted ones in the city of Khorram Abad and they were randomly replaced into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received teaching intervention (Gross, 2007) during ten seventy-five sessions during two months while the control group didn't receive such intervention during research. The applied questionnaire in the present study included anxiety questionnaire. The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA.
Findings: The results showed that the intervention of emotion regulation traininghas significantly influenced gifted students' anxiety (p<0.001). Moreover, the results showed that this intervention could significantly maintain its effect in time (p<0.001). The effect of emotion regulation trainingon anxiety of gifted students was 69% respectively.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that emotion regulation trainingcan be used as an efficient treatment in order to decrease anxiety of gifted students.
