اثربخشی روان درمانی مثبت نگر بر نظم جویی هیجانی، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و شادی ذهنی داشنجویان معتاد به اینترنت

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش اثربخشی آموزش روان درمانی مثبت نگر بر نظم جویی هیجانی، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و شادی ذهنی دانشجویان مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت بوده است. بر این اساس 2 گروه 15 نفره متشکل از گروه کنترل و آزمایش که بر اساس سن (بین 20 الی 30 سال)، وضعیت تحصیلی (لیسانس)، وضعیت تاهل (مجرد) و جنسیت (زنان) ‏همتا شده بودند انتخاب شدند، پرسشنامه های انعطاف پذیری شناختی، نظم جویی هیجانی و شادی هنی قبل، بعد از دوره درمانی و همچنین 3 ماه بعد اجرا گشت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد دوره درمانی روان درمانی مثبت نگر به افزایش انعطاف پذیری شناختی، نظم جویی جویی هیجانی و همچنین شادی ذهنی آزمودنی های گروه تجربی انجامیده است، همچنین آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نیز نشان داد که اثربخشی دوره درمانی در مرحله پیگیری ثابت مانده است.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of positive psychological intervention on emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility and mental happiness of students with Internet addiction. Based on this, two groups of 15 people consisting of control and experimental group who were selected based on age (between 20 and 30 years), educational status (bachelor's degree), marital status (single) and gender (women) were selected. Cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and happiness scales were performed before, after, and 3 months later of training course. The results of this study showed that the positive psychological intervention has led to an increase in cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation and also the mental happiness of experimental group. The analysis of variance with repeated measures showed that the efficacy of the course remained at the same level.
