چکیده

مقدمه: تحقیقات نشان داده است که شرکت های باید جهت افزایش فروش و میزان بهره وری خود راه هایی بیابند که بتوانند استراتژی متمایزی را نسبت به دیگر شرکت ها به ویژه در دوران بحران های جهانی برای ارائه خدمات بهتر به مشتریان اتخاذ کنند  که در این راستا تصمیمات سرمایه گذاری در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه می تواند نقش مهمی داشته باشد.  بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش سرمایه گذاری در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه و ایجاد بهره وری در دوران بحران اپیدمی کووید 19می باشد.
روش کار:  جامعه آماری این پژوهش ، مدیران ارشد کلیه خطوط تولیدی و سازمانی، شرکت خودروسازی زامیاد (223 مدیر) بودند، که از این تعداد، 210 مدیر انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون فرضیات این پژوهش با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج حاکی از این بود که سرمایه گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه نقش معناداری بر بهره وری دارد و همچنین نقش سرمایه فکری، هزینه های مالی و پروفایل ریسک مدیر بر سرمایه گذاری مدیران در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه تایید شد.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد در نظر گرفتن شرایط محیطی و در نظر گرفتن بحران های ایجاد شده با توجه به منابع و مستندات علمی و تحقیقات مورد نظر می تواند بر روی بهره وری و سرمایه گذاری اثرگذار باشد.

Introduction: Research has shown that companies need to find ways to increase their sales and productivity that can adopt a different strategy from other companies, especially in times of global crisis to provide better customer service, in this regard. Investment decisions in R&D can play an important role. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of investment in research and development and productivity during the Covid 19 epidemic crisis.
Methods: The statistical population of this study was the senior managers of all production and organizational lines, Zamyad Automotive Company (223 managers), of which 210 managers were selected and tested. The results of testing the hypotheses of this research were analyzed using structural equations and LISREL software.
Results:  The results showed that investment in research and development has a significant role on productivity and also the role of intellectual capital, financial costs and manager's risk profile on managers' investment in research and development was confirmed.
Conclusion: It seems that considering the environmental conditions and considering the crises created according to scientific sources and documents and research can affect productivity and investment.
