نقش مهارت‌های زندگی، حل تعارض و حل مسئله در پیش‌بینی گرایش به طلاق زنان و مردان متأهل

چکیده

مقدمه: تحولات اجتماعی چند دهه گذشته در سطح جهانی، نظام خانواده را با تغییرات، چالش‌ها و مسائل متعددی روبرو ساخته و کاهش تدریجی رضایتمندی اعضای خانواده، موجب گسستگی روانی - اجتماعی و افزایش مواردی نظیر گرایش به طلاق گردیده است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی نقش مهارت‌های زندگی، حل تعارض و حل مسئله در پیش‌بینی گرایش به طلاق زنان و مردان متأهل انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه زوجین شهر کاشان را شامل گردیده که 383 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای موردبررسی قرارگرفته و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. ابزارهای مورداستفاده، مقیاس‌های گرایش به طلاق قادرزاده و همکاران (1391)، مقیاس حل تعارض رحیم (1983) و مقیاس مهارت‌های ارتباطی و حل مسئله یارمحمدی واصل و همکاران (1389) بودند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که ارتباط معکوس و معنی‌داری میان برخورداری از مهارت‌های حل مسئله، مقابله با استرس، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، ابراز وجود، خودآگاهی، همدلی، حل تعارض، مهارت‌های جنسی و محبت ورزی با گرایش به طلاق وجود دارد (187/0- =r). تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام‌به‌گام نیز نشان داد که از میان عوامل فقط دو عامل مهارت‌های محبت و تعامل عاطفی و تصمیم‌گیری در پیش‌بینی گرایش به طلاق نقش معناداری دارند (05/0>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که برخورداری از مهارت‌های ارتباطی محبت و تعامل عاطفی و مهارت تصمیم‌گیری با کاهش مسائلی تعارض و تضاد میان زن و شوهر در کاهش میل به طلاق را نقش دارد.

Introduction: Social developments in the past few decades globally, the family system has faced many changes, challenges and gradually reducing the satisfaction of family members, causing psychosocial disruption and increasing cases such as tendency divorced. The aim of this study was to study the role of communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem solving in predicting divorce tendency among married women and men.
Methods: The statistical population of the study included all couples in Kashan, 383 of whom were studied using cluster sampling method and data were analyzed using SPSS software. The instruments used were Qaderzadeh et al.'s Divorce Tendency Scales (2012), Rahim Conflict Resolution Scale (1983) and Communication Skills and Problem Solving Scale by Yarmohammadi Vasel et al. (2010).
Results: Findings showed that there is an inverse and significant relationship between problem solving skills, coping with stress, communication skills, assertiveness, self-awareness, empathy, conflict resolution, sexual skills and affection with a tendency to divorce (r= -0.187). Multiple regression analysis by stepwise method also showed that among the factors, only two factors, communication skills and love and emotional interaction, and decision making have a significant role in predicting the divorce tendency (p<0.05).
Conclusion: It seems that having communication skills of love and emotional interaction and decision-making skill may play a role in reducing the divorce tendency by reducing conflict between spouses.
