چکیده

مقدمه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی بر خودکنترلی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان، تاب آوری و انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در مراجعین مبتلا به وسواس فکری عملی انجام شد. روش پژوهش آزمایشی  است. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش  آزمون - پس آزمون  با گروه کنترل و پیگیری بود.  
روش کار
روش آماری پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کوواریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی مراجعین مبتلا به وسواس فکری عملی مراجعه کننده به مراکز رواندرمانی شهر بابل در بازه زمانی بهار سال 1400 می باشند. از بین مراکز روان‌درمانی در بابل چهار مرکز را در نظر گرفته و بر اساس تشخیص بالینی با  معیار DSM5  30 نفر از مراجعین مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی بودند. 30 نفر از مراجعین مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی  را به صورت هدفمند انتخاب کرده و به صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل قرار دادیم  که هر گروه شامل ۱۵ نفر شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها عبارت بود از پرسشنامه خودکنترلی، پرسشنامه دشواری تنظیم هیجان، پرسشنامه تاب آوری و پرسشنامه انعطلف پذیری روانشناختی داده ها، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-21 و  آزمون های آماری  تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی  تحلیل شد.
نتایج
نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل در شاخص های خود کنترلی، تاب آوری و دیگر متغیرها وضعیت بهتری را نشان دادند.
نتیجه گیری
یافته ها نشان داد واقعیت درمانی بر خودکنترلی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان، تاب آوری و انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در مراجعین مبتلا به وسواس فکری عملی تاثیر دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of reality therapy on self-control, difficulty in regulating emotion, resilience and psychological flexibility in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The research method is experimental. The research design was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design with control and follow-up groups.
Material and method
The statistical method of the present study is analysis of covariance with repeated measures and post hoc test. The statistical population of this study is all patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder referred to psychotherapy centers in Babol in the spring of 1400. Among the psychotherapy centers in Babol, four centers were considered and according to the clinical diagnosis with DSM5 criterion, 30 patients had obsessive-compulsive disorder. We purposefully selected 30 clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and randomly assigned them to an experimental group and a control group, each group consisting of 15 people. Data collection tools were self-control questionnaire, emotion regulation difficulty questionnaire, resilience questionnaire and psychological resilience questionnaire, analyzed using SPSS-21 software and repeated measures analysis of variance and post hoc test.
Results
The results of the present study showed that the experimental group showed a better situation than the control group in self-control, resilience and other variables.
Conclusion
Findings showed that reality therapy has an effect on self-control, difficulty in regulating emotion, resilience and psychological flexibility in clients with practical obsession.
