مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد امید درمانی و رویکرد شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده زنان مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروز

چکیده

مقدمه: مولتیپل اسکلروز یک بیماری مزمن عصب­شناختی است که بررسی روش‌های درمانی آن مورد توجه پژوهشگران حیطه‌های مختلف قرار گرفته است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد امید درمانی و رویکرد شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده زنان مبتلا به بیماری ام­اس بود.
روش کار:  پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از کلیه زنان دارای بیماری ام­اس و عضو انجمن ام­اس ایران بود که از این جامعه تعداد 36 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده زیمت و همکاران (1988) بود. پس از آن گروه‌های آزمایش مداخلات شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و امید درمانی را دریافت کردند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس مختلط به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSSV19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد در متغیر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بین سه گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0>P). گروه‌های مداخله در متغیر حمایت اجتماعی تفاوت معنی‌داری با گروه گواه داشتند. همچنین بین دو گروه امید درمانی و شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در متغیر حمایت اجتماعی تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می‌توان گفت روش‌های امید درمانی و شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زنان دارای بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروز اثربخش می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic neurological disease whose treatment methods have been considered by researchers in various fields. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of educational intervention based on hope therapy approach and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy approach on perceived social support of women with MS.
Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and quarterly follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all women with inflammatory bowel disease and a member of the Iranian inflammatory disease association. From this population, 36 people were selected by available non-random sampling method. The research instrument was the Perceived Social Support Questionnaire of Zimet et al. (1988). The experimental groups then received cognitive-therapeutic interventions based on mindfulness and hope therapy, and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed using mixed analysis of variance using SPSSV19 software.
Results:  The results showed that there was a significant difference in the perceived social support variable between the three groups (P <0.05). Intervention groups in the social support variable were significantly different from the control group. Also, there was a significant difference between the two groups of hope therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in the social support variable (P <0.05)
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that mindfulness and cognitive therapy methods based on mindfulness are effective on perceived social support of women with multiple sclerosis.
