اثربخشی بسته غنی‌سازی ارتباطات خانواده‌های ازدواج مجدد بر عملکرد خانواده آنها

چکیده

مقدمه: با در نظر گرفتن آمار بالای طلاق و لزوم ازدواج مجدد، وجود ارتباطات بین فردی و درون خانوادگی و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد خانواده هایازدواج مجدد انکارناپذیر است، با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر غنی-سازی ارتباطات بر عملکردخانواده در خانواده‌های ازدواج مجدد در شهر خرمآباد انجام شد.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و آزمون پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمام خانواده‌های ازدواج مجدد با حداقل یک فرزندخوانده به تعداد 3654 خانواده در سال 1397 در شهر خرم آباد تشکیل دادند که 20 خانواده در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه به صورت تصادفی ساده جایگزین شدند. آزمودنی‌ها پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده مک مستر را تکمیل کردند. والدین در گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش بسته غنی سازی ارتباطات در 12 جلسه 120 دقیقه‌ای در 5 هفته قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل اندازهگیری مکرر در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان دهنده اثر بخش بودن بسته غنیسازی ارتباطات بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده در خانواده‌های ازدواج مجدد بود.
نتیجه گیری: استفاده از بسته غنیسازی ارتباطات خانواده‌های ازدواج مجدد می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد خانواده کمک کند.

Introduction: Given the high rates of divorce and the necessity of remarriage, the existence of interpersonal and intra-family relationships and its impact on remarriage families performance is undeniable. Due to the importance of the subject, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a communication-enrichment-based intervention on family functioning in remarried families in Khorramabad.
Methods: This study was conducted as a pretest-posttest and follow-up study with unequal control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all remarried families with at least one adopted child (3654 families) in Khoramabad city in 2019. Subjects completed the McMaster Family Function Questionnaire. Parents in the experimental group received 12-sessions in 120-minute of 5 weeks of communication enrichment training. Data analysis was performed using repeated measure analysis in SPSS software version 25.
Results: The results showed the effectiveness of communication enrichment package on performance improvement in remarried families.
Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that using the enrichment package of remarriage families can improve family functioning.
