اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید به شیوه شناختی معنوی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نشخوار فکری والدین دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان

چکیده

مقدمه: بروز بیماری‌های مزمن فیزیولوژیک همچون سرطان در کودکان موجب شکل‌گیری آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و هیجانی حاد برای والدین می‌شود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید به شیوه شناختی معنوی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نشخوار فکری والدین دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان انجام گرفت.
روش کار:  روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه والدین دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان لوسمی و لنفاوی شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 تشکیل دادند که به مراکز درمانی مراجعه کرده‌ و فرزند آنها تحت درمان بودند. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 والد دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه­های آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 والد). والدین حاضر در گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه طی دو ماه و نیم تحت آموزش بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید به شیوه شناختی معنوی قرار گرفتند. پس از شروع مداخله 3 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 2 نفر در گروه گواه ریزش داشتند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌‌ بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (ریف، 1996) و پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری (هوکسما و مارو، 1991) استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید به شیوه شناختی معنوی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نشخوار فکری والدین دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان تأثیر معنادار دارد (p<0/001). بدین صورت که این بسته توانسته منجر به بهبود بهزستی روان‌شناختی (54 درصد) و کاهش نشخوار فکری (62 درصد) این والدین شود.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید به شیوه شناختی معنوی با  بهرگیری از امیددرمانی، شناخت‌درمانی و معنویت‌درمانی، می‌تواند یک روش کارآمد جهت بهبود بهزستی روان‌شناختی و کاهش نشخوار فکری والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان به شمار رود.

Introduction: The emergence of chronic physiologic diseases such as cancer in the children causes acute psychological and emotional damages in the parents. So the present study was conducted aiming to investigate the effectiveness of training package of hope-based therapy through cognitive spiritual method on the psychological wellbeing and rumination of the parents of the children with cancer.
Methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population included all the parents of the children with leukemia and lymphoma in the city of Isfahan in 2019 who referred to therapy centers and their children were under therapy. 30 parents with cancer were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 parents). The parents in the experimental group received 10 sessions of hope-based training package through cognitive spiritual method during two-and-a-half months. 3 people were excluded from the experimental group and so were 2 people from the control group after the beginning of the intervention. The questionnaire of psychological wellbeing (Ryff, 1996) and rumination questionnaire (Hoxema and Marrow, 1991) were used in the present study. The data from the study were analyzed repeated measurement ANOVA.
Results:  The results showed that training package of hope-based therapy has significant effect on the psychological wellbeing and rumination of the parents of the children the cancer (P<0.001) in a way that this package succeeded in the improvement of psychological wellbeing (54%) and the decrease of rumination (62%) in these parents.
Conclusion: Considering the results of the present study, hope-based training package through cognitive-spiritual method can be assumed as an efficient method to improve psychological wellbeing and decrease rumination of the parents with the children with cancer employing hope therapy, cognition therapy and spirituality therapy.
