آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان (مطالعه موردی اداره کل ورزش وجوانان استان فارس)

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. جامعه آماری کلیه ورزشکاران و مدیران اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس به تعداد 500 نفر بودند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه به استناد مبانی نظری معادلات ساختاری حداقل حجم نمونه 200 نفر از ورزشکاران و مدیران بصورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای انتخاب شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی مدیران نوری و همکاران (1397) و پرسشنامه ورزش قهرمانی ورزشکاران محقق ساخته (1398) استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی روایی محتوایی از نظرات خبرگان بر اساس فرمت از قبل تعیین شده استفاده گردید و جهت پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 964/0 و 758/0 احراز گردید. جهت تحلیل یافته‌های تحقیق به کمک معادلات ساختاری و به کارگیری نرم افزار لیزرل نتایج ذیل حاصل گردید. کلیه روابط بین آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی و مولفه ها (ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینه‌ای) بسیار قوی می باشد زیرا تمامی ضرایب استاندارد ( بار عاملی ) کاملا به عدد یک نزدیک و یا خود عدد یک بدست آمده است. در نهایت می توان گفت که از دیدگاه مدیران قویترین رابطه بین مولفه ها و متغیر آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی، مولفه ساختاری می باشد و از دیدگاه ورزشکاران قویترین رابطه بین مولفه ها و متغیر آسیب شناسی ورزش قهرمانی، مولفه زمینه‌ای می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is the pathology of championship sport in the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The statistical population consisted of all 500 athletes and managers of General Administration of Sport and Youth (Fars Province). To determine the sample size, 200 athletes and managers were selected by stratified random sampling based on the theoretical foundations of structural equations. Data were collected by using the Nouri Managers et al. Championship Pathology Sport Questionnaire (2018) and Researcher-Made Athletics Championship Questionnaire (2019). The content validity of the questionnaires was assessed by experts’ ideas according to a predefined format and Cronbach's alpha reliability was respectively 0.964 and 0.758. To analyze the research findings, the following results were obtained by using structural equations and using LISREL software.
All the relationships between the pathology of the championship sport and the components (structural, behavioral, and contextual) are very strong because all standard coefficients (load factor) are completely obtained by the number 1 (near or itself). Finally, it can be said that from the managers’ viewpoint, the strongest relationship between the components and the pathology variable of the championship sport is the structural component and from the athletes’ viewpoint, the strongest relationship between the components and the pathology variable of the championship sport is the underlying component.
