چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به تغییر و تحولاتی که در درون و بیرون سازمانها صورت گرفته نیاز سازمان به خلاقیت، نوآوری، بیشتر احساس می‎شود در این راستا استفاده از تیم سازمانها را در این مهم یاری می‎سازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل پیشران مدل سازمانهای تیم محور با رویکرد نوآوری سازمانی در دوران شیوع کووید 19 انجام گرفته است.
روش کار:  روش تحقیق آمیخته کمی‎و کیفی و از نظر هدف اکتشافی می‎باشد.  جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان مراکز رشد و پارک­های علم و فناوری در خراسان رضوی بوده که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 105 نفر به عنوان نمونه  انتخاب شده اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود.
نتایج: نتایج کلی تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در مدل سازمان تیم محور با رویکرد نوآوری سازمانی ابعاد سازمان تیم محور شامل فرآیندهای تیمی، نتایج تیمی، زمینه سارمانی، رفتاری و محیطی می‎باشد و ابعاد نوآوری سازمانی شامل نوآوری اداری، نوآوری تولیدی، نو اوری فرآیندی، نوآوری مدیریتی، نوآوری بازاریابی، نوآوری ساختاری، نوآوری فردی، نوآوری فنی، نوآوری خدماتی و نوآوری اکتشافی بوده است. همچنین اولویت بندی ابعاد  سازمان تیم محور با رویکرد تیم محور، بعد رفتاری در مرتبه اول قرار گرفته است. پس از آن زمینه سازمانی و فرآیندهای تیمی‎و نتایج تیمی‎به ترتیب در مراتب دوم تا چهارم قرار دارند.
نتیجه گیری: می‎توان گفت که نوآوری سازمانی، نوآوری ساختاری به لحاظ اهمیت در اولویت اول و پس از آن نوآوری تولیدی در اولویت دوم قرار گرفته است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Due to the changes and developments that have taken place inside and outside the organizations, the organization's need for creativity, innovation, is felt more in this regard, the use of the team in the organization helps us in this important. The present study aimed to investigate and prioritize the drivers of team-based organizations with an organizational innovation approach during the outbreak of Covid 19.
Methods: The research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative and exploratory in terms of purpose. The statistical population is all employees of growth centers and science and technology parks in Khorasan Razavi, which according to Cochran's formula, 105 people have been selected as a sample. The data collection tools in the qualitative part included a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire.
Results:  The general results of the research indicate that in the model of team-based organization with organizational innovation approach, the dimensions of team-based organization include team processes, team results, organizational, behavioral and environmental context and dimensions of organizational innovation include office innovation, production innovation, new Process innovation, managerial innovation, marketing innovation, structural innovation, individual innovation, technical innovation, service innovation, and exploratory innovation. Also, prioritizing the dimensions of team-based organization with team-based approach, behavioral dimension is in the first place. Then the organizational context and team processes and team results are in the second to fourth ranks, respectively.
Conclusion: It can be said that organizational innovation, structural innovation in terms of importance in the first priority and then production innovation in the second priority.
