اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی ـ رفتاری بر خودشیفتگی و زورگویی دانش‌آموزان زورگو

چکیده

مقدمه: زورگویی آسیب‌های روانی، هیجانی و ارتباطی فراوانی را برای دانش‌آموزان ایجاد می‌کند. بر همین اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی - رفتاری بر خودشیفتگی و زورگویی دانش‌آموزان زورگو انجام شد.
روش کار:  این پژوهش، به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی و با طرح پیش­آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان زورگو مشغول به تحصیل در دوره اول متوسطه در شهرستان سامان استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 40 دانش‌آموز زورگو با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه­های آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند (در هر گروه 20 دانش‌آموز). دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای در طول دو ماه تحت آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی - رفتاری قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از مقیاس قلدری ایلی‌نویز و خودشیفتگی استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری 23SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی- رفتاری بر خودشیفتگی (001/0p<) و زورگویی  (001/0p<) دانش‌آموزان زورگو تاثیر معنادار داشته است. اندازه اثر نشان داد که به ترتیب 67 و 72 درصد واریانس متغیرهای خودشیفتگی و زورگویی توسط ارائه مداخله حاضر تبیین می‌شود.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی- رفتاری با تمرکز بر مهارتهای مدیریت خشم، راهکارهای عملی مدیریت خشم و خودآموزی شناختی می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت کاهش خودشیفتگی و زورگویی دانش‌آموزان زورگو مورد استفاده گیرد.

Introduction: Bullying causes a lot of psychological, emotional and communication damage to students. Accordingly the present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of Anger management based on cognitive-behavioral approach on the narcissism and bullying in bullying student.
Methods: It was a quasi-experimental method with pretest, posttest and control group design. The statistical population included bullying students studying in the first high school in the town of Saman, Charhar Mahal-va-Bakhtiari province in the year 2018-19. 40 bullying students were selected through purposeful sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 20 students). The students in the experimental group underwent eight ninety-minute sessions of Anger management based on cognitive-behavioral approach. Illinois bullying scale and narcissism scale were used in the current study. The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA via SPSS23 software.
Results:  The results showed that Anger management based on cognitive-behavioral approach has had significant effect on the narcissism (p<0.001) and bullying (p<0.001). The effect size showed that 67% and 72% of the variance of narcissism and bullying variables were explained by the present intervention, respectively.
Conclusion: The findings of the present study revealed that training anger management can be applied as an efficient method to decrease narcissism and bullying in bullying students according to the cognitive-behavioral approach and with the focus on anger management skills, practical techniques of anger management and cognitive self-teaching.
