بررسی وتحلیل سطوح فردی، اجتماعی، قانونی وسودمندگرایی در رفتار اخلاقی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین وضعیت و میزان ابعاد رفتار اخلاقی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام شده است. از نظر هدف هدف کاربردی و توسعه ای و از نظر روش یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و همچنین از نوع زمینه یابی است که به شیوه تحقیقات میدانی به جمع آوری داده ها پرداخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش از دو گروه تشکیل شده است: گروه اول خبرگان هستند. گروه دوم کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان می باشند جهت سنجش رفتار های اخلاقی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. این پرسشنامه دارای 77 گویه با طیف لیکرت 5 گزینه ای از کاملا مخالفم تا کاملا موافقم می باشد که نمره گذاری انها از 1 تا 5 بوده است. این پرسشنامه ابتدا با 30 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و وزارت ورزش مصاحبه صورت گرفت و سپس پس از کدگذاری دستی مولفه ها و گویه های مد نظر استخراج شد. براین اساس پرسشنامه مذکور رفتار های اخلاقی را در 4 بعد شامل سطح شخصی، سطح اجتماعی، سطح قانونی و سطح سودمند گرایی می سنجد. روایی پرسشنامه رفتارهای اخلاقی معادل 94/0 و پایایی آن معادل 99/0 بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23 SPSS و روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار 23 AMOS انجام گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد که وضعیت رفتارهای اخلاقی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان در سطح مطلوب و میزان رفتارهای اخلاقی بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify and explain the status and dimensions of ethical behavior in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. In terms of purpose, practical and developmental goal, and in terms of method, a descriptive research is of correlation type as well as field research, which has collected data in the field research method. The statistical population of the study consists of two groups: the first group are experts. The second group is the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to assess moral behaviors. This questionnaire has 77 items with a Likert scale of 5 options from strongly disagree to strongly agree that their score was from 1 to 5. This questionnaire was first interviewed with 30 university experts and the Ministry of Sports, and then after manual coding, the components and items were extracted. Accordingly, the questionnaire measures ethical behaviors in four dimensions including personal level, social level, legal level and utility level. The validity of the ethical behaviors questionnaire was equal to 0.94 and its reliability was equal to 0.99. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software and structural equation modeling method was performed using AMOS 23 software. The findings showed that the situation of ethical behaviors in the Ministry of Sports and Youth was at the desired level and the level of ethical behaviors was above average.
