اثربخشی روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر بر توانمندی روانی و رفتارهای ارتقا سلامت پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: حجم کاری حاصل از وقوع همه‌گیری‌های متعدد ویروس کووید-19 و بار روانی ایجاد شده سبب ایجاد اضطراب در پرستاران می‌شود. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر بر توانمندی روانی و رفتارهای ارتقا سلامت پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب انجام گرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب شهر اصفهان در سه ماهه زمستان سال 1399 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 33 پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر را طی یک ماه در 8 جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای به صورت آنلاین دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب، توانمندی روانی و رفتارهای ارتقا سلامت بود. داده‌ها به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر بر توانمندی روانی و رفتارهای ارتقا سلامت پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب تأثیر معنادار دارد (p<0/001).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که روان‌درمانی مثبت‌نگر با بهره‌گیری از فنونی همانند چشم‌انداز مثبت به زندگی و آموزش خوش‌بینی و امید به آینده می‌تواند به عنوان یک درمان کارآمد جهت افزایش توانمندی روانی و رفتارهای ارتقا سلامت پرستاران زن با نشانه‌های اضطراب مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction and purpose: The workload resulting from the occurrence of multiple couvid-19 virus epidemic and the psychological burden created causes anxiety in nurses. Therefore the present study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of positive psychotherapy on the psychological empowerment and promotion of behaviors health of female nurses with anxiety symptoms.
Methodology: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population of the present study included the female nurses with anxiety symptoms in the city of Isfahan in the winter quarter of 2020. 33 female nurses with anxiety symptoms were selected through purposive sampling method and were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received positive psychotherapy online in 8 sessions of 75 minutes per month. The applied questionnaires in this study included anxiety questionnaire, psychological empowerment and promotion of behaviors health. The data were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test.
Findings: The results showed that the Positive psychotherapy has significant effect on the psychological empowerment and promotion of behaviors health of female nurses with anxiety symptoms (p<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that positive psychotherapy can be used as an efficient treatment to increase psychological empowerment and promotion of behaviors health of female nurses with anxiety symptoms through employing techniques such as a positive outlook on life and teaching optimism and hope for the future.
