Introduction: Coronary conditions affect all aspects of life, including marital relationships. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between resilience and marital conflicts of Iranian couples during the social distance of the outbreak of coronavirus.
Method: The method of this research was descriptive and one of the examples of correlation schemes. The population of the present study is couples during the period of social distancing, the prevalence of coronavirus in 2020. According to the type of research, the statistical sample size of 100 people, which was equal to 50 couples, was selected from the statistical population using random cluster sampling. The research instruments were Connor and Davidson (2003) Resilience Questionnaire and Sanaei Zakir and Barati (2008) Marital Conflicts. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and simultaneous regression in spss23 software.
Results: The results of the study showed that resilience and its components have a negative relationship with marital conflicts. In general, the higher the resilience and control component, the lower the amount of marital conflicts.
Conclusion: According to the results, it is better for couples to be more flexible with their spouse during the period of social distance from the outbreak of Corona virus, so that they do not fall into the trap of marital conflicts.
