بررسی تبیینی جامعه شناسی بهبود مدیریت بدن و ارتباط آن با سبک زندگی در مصرفی شدن تن

چکیده

مقدمه: تحقیقات علوم اجتماعی روابط بین متغیرهای مختلف را با توجه به مسائل اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار می دهد؛ در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تبیینی جامعه شناسی بهبود مدیریت بدن و ارتباط آن با سبک زندگی  در مصرفی شدن تن می پردازد.
روش کار:  روش تحقیق پیمایشی و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش به تفکیک گروه سنی (14-50) در دو منطقه نیاوران و مولوی تهران 370626 نفر می باشد و تعداد 384 نفر با توجه به فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های t مستقل، یومن ویتنی و ویلکاکسون و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 در سطح 05/0 استفاده  شده است.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که سبک زندگی، بهبود مدیریت بدن، رسانه های های جمعی بر مصرفی شدن زنان تاثیر داشته است (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که مصرفی شدن تن در بین زنان بیشتر از مردان است و از آنجایی که مدیریت بدن از جنبه سلامتی بر مردان نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد سازمان بهداشت باید اقداماتی در جهت افزایش مدیریت بدن در مردان انجام دهد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Social science research examines the relationships between different variables with respect to social issues; In this regard, the present study investigates the sociology of improving body management and its relationship with lifestyle in body consumption.
Methods: The research method is survey and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study by age group (14-50) in Niavaran and Molavi districts of Tehran is 370,626 people and 384 people were selected as the research sample according to Cochran's formula. Independent t-test, Human Whitney and Wilcoxon tests and SPSS software version 25 at the level of 0.05 were used to analyze the data.
Results:  The results showed that lifestyle, improved body management, mass media had an impact on women's consumption (P <0.05).
Conclusion: It seems that body consumption is higher among women than men, and since body management should be considered in terms of health for men, the health organization should take measures to increase body management in men.
