چکیده

مقدمه: کودکان همی پلژی چندین نقص نورولوژیکی دارند که در کارکرد حرکتی و فعالیت های روزانه دخالت دارند؛ بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی یک برنامه تمرینی منتخب و توانبحشی و برنامه تمرینی منتخب همراه با توانبخشی بر تبحر حرکتی دست سالم کودکان همی پلژی بود. روش‌ کار: روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی و طرح پژوهش به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروههای تجربی و کنترل می‌باشد. جامعه آماری را کودکان همی پلژی مراجعه کننده به مراکز توانبخشی توانیاب، زانکو و کیمیا در شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری پژوهش براساس معیارهای ورود به پژوهش 30 نفر بودند که به‌صورت تصادفی ساده به 3 گروه 10 نفری تقسیم شدند و در مرحله بعد براساس معیارهای خروج از پژوهش 24 نفر باقی ماندند (تمرینات منتخب 9 نفر، تمرینات منتخب همراه با توانبخشی 8 نفر و تمرینات توانبخشی 7 نفر). ابزار تحقیق را پرسشنامه دموگرافیک و آزمون MABC-2 تشکیل دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون t وابسته و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین پیش آزمون و پس آزمون هر دو گروه تجربی در تمامی متغیرها تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (001/0>p). همچنین در متغیر دریافت توپ بین هیچکدام از گروه ها تفاوت معنی دار نبود (001/0≤ P). ولی در متغیر پرتاب کیسه لوبیا بین گروه توانبخشی با گروه منتخب همراه با توانبحشی تفاوت معنی دار بود (001/0≥ P). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد که گروه منتخب همراه با توانبحشی نسبت به گروه های دیگر اثربخشی بهتری در متغیر پرتاب کیسه لوبیا دارد.

Introduction: Hemiplegic children have several neurological defects that are involved in motor function and daily activities; Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of a selected exercise program and rehabilitation and a selected exercise program with rehabilitation on healthy hand motor skills of hemiplegic children. Methods: The research method is quasi-experimental and the research design is pre-test post-test with experimental and control groups. The statistical population consisted of hemiplegic children referring to Tavaniab, Zanko and Kimia rehabilitation centers in Kermanshah. The statistical sample of the study was 30 people based on the inclusion criteria who were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 people and in the next stage 24 people remained based on the exclusion criteria (selected exercises 9 people, selected exercises with rehabilitation 8 people and exercises Rehabilitation 7 people). The research instrument was a demographic questionnaire and MABC-2 test. Dependent t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test of both experimental groups in all variables (p ≤0.001). Also, there was no significant difference in the ball receiving variable between any of the groups (P ≥ 0.001). However, there was a significant difference in the bean bag throwing variable between the rehabilitation group and the selected group with rehabilitation (P ≤ 0.001). Conclusion: It seems that the selected group with rehabilitation has a better effect on bean bag throwing variable than other groups.
