اثربخشی کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر رشد پس از سانحه و اضطراب مرگ بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان سینه یکی از شایع ترین سرطان های زنان می باشد و به عنوان یک بیماری مزمن دارای عوارض روان شناختی مختلفی می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف تعییناثربخشی کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر رشد پس از سانحه و اضطراب مرگ بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و آزمون پیگیری دو ماهه بود. 30 نفر نمونه پژوهشی از جامعه زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان منطقه 1 شهرستان تهران در سال 1400 به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. یافته‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه های رشد پس از سانحه و اضطراب مرگ در سه نوبت پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری مورد جمع‌آوری قرار گرفت و با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمرات پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری رضد پس از سانحه و اضطراب مرگ در گروه آزمایش تفاوت پیدا کرد و نتایج تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر نشان داد که مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر بهبود رشد پس از سانحه و اضطراب مرگ بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان اثربخش است (001/0 p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می‌توان از مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی به منظور افزایش رشد پس از سانحه و کاهش اضطراب مرگ بیمارن مبتلا به سرطان پستان استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women and as a chronic disease has various psychological complications. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction on post-traumatic growth and death anxiety in patients with breast cancer.
Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design with control group and two-month follow-up test. 30 research samples from the community of women with breast cancer in District 1 of Tehran in 2021 were selected by available methods and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The required findings were collected using post-traumatic growth and death anxiety questionnaires in three rounds of pre-test, post-test and follow-up test and were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance.
Results: The findings showed that the mean scores of post-test and post-traumatic stress test and death anxiety were different in the experimental group and the results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention Improving post-traumatic growth and death anxiety in patients with breast cancer is effective (p <0.001).
Conclusion: Therefore, mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention can be used to increase post-traumatic growth and reduce death anxiety in patients with breast cancer.
