مطالعه کیفی عوامل موثر فردی در سازگاری زناشویی شهر یاسوج

چکیده

هدف: سازگاری زناشویی یکی از مهمترین عوامل در تعیین ثبات و دوام رابطه زناشویی است لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل فردی در سازگاری زناشویی انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک) انجام شد.روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا حد اشباع بوده و داده ها از 16 نفر متاهل بصورت زوجی که حداقل 7سال از ازدواج آنان گذشته بود بدست آمده است.برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده گردید.یافته ها :برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار MAXQDR 2018استفاده شده است. پس از تحلیل محتوای داده ها پنج مقوله اصلی حاصل گردیدکه به ترتیب اهمیت عبارتند از : عوامل میان فردی ( رضایت جنسی،درک متقابل،انتقاد پذیری،بخشش و ایثار). عوامل درون فردی(خود ارزشمندی،نگرش مثبت نسبت به دیگران).عوامل هیجانی(احساس شادمانی،ابراز خشم و نگرانی، تاب آوری).عوامل شخصیتی(برونگرایی،مسولیت پذیری، معاشرتی بودن).هوش اجتماعی(پذیرش وشناخت احساسات خود، پذیرش و شناخت احساسات دیگران،تعادل رفتاری ). نتیجه گیری: سازگاری زناشویی بیشتر تابع عوامل فردی است که در طول زندگی ایجاد می شود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Marital adjustment is one of the most important factors in determining the stability and durability of marital relationship. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate individual factors in marital adjustment.
Method: This research was conducted qualitatively using thematic analysis method. The sampling was purposeful and saturated and the data were obtained from 16 married couples who had been married for at least 7 years. Semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. Results: To analyze the data MAXQDR 2018 software has been used. After analyzing the content of the data, five main categories were obtained, which are: interpersonal factors (sexual satisfaction, mutual understanding, criticism, forgiveness and self-sacrifice) in order of importance. Intrapersonal factors (self-worth, positive attitude towards others). Emotional factors (feeling happy, expressing anger and worry, resilience). Personality factors (extraversion, responsibility, sociability). Social intelligence (accepting and recognizing one's feelings, acceptance). And recognizing the feelings of others, behavioral balance).
Conclusion: Marital adjustment is more dependent on individual factors that occur during life.
