مدل پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی بر اساس ذهن‌آگاهی با میانجی‌گری اضطراب بارداری در زنان باردار

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: باروری می‌تواند برای زنان آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی مختلفی همانند اضطراب ایجاد نماید. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی بر اساس تاب‌آوری روانی و صمیمیت با همسر با میانجی‌گری اضطراب بارداری در زنان باردار صورت پذیرفت.
روش کار: روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و مطب متخصصین زنان شهر اهواز در شش ماهه دوم سال 1398 بود. نمونه آماری شامل 400 زن باردار بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (وار و شربوم، 1992) (QLQ)، پرسشنامه اضطراب بارداری (وندنبرگ، 1990) (PAQ)، پرسشنامه پنج عاملی ذهن‌آگاهی (بایر و همکاران، 2008) (FFMQ) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر و آزمون بوت استراپ صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ذهن‌آگاهی و اضطراب بارداری با کیفیت زندگی دارای رابطه معنادار است (01/0>p). همچنین ذهن‌آگاهی و اضطراب بارداری بر کیفیت زندگی دارای اثر مستقیم معنادار است (01/0>p). علاوه بر این نتایج بوت استراپ نشان داد که اضطراب بارداری در رابطه ذهن‌آگاهی با کیفیت زندگی زنان باردار دارای نقش میانجی‌گری معنادار است (01/0>p). در نهایت مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش میانجی معنادار اضطراب بارداری لازم است که درمانگران بالینی با بکارگیری روش‌های درمانی روان‌شناختی کارآمد، اضطراب بارداری زنان باردار را کاهش دهند.

Introduction and purpose: pregnancy  can cause various psychological damage to women, such as anxiety. according to this the present study was conducted to offer a model of predicting quality of life according to mindfulness with the mediation of pregnancy anxiety in pregnant women.
Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlational and pathway analysis. The statistical population included pregnant women who referred to the hygiene centers and gynecologists offices in the city of Ahvaz in the autumn and winter of 2019. The statistical population included 400 pregnant women who were selected through available sampling method. The applied questionnaires included Quality of Life Questionnaire (Ware and Sherbourne, 1992) (QLQ), Pregnancy Anxiety Questionnaire (Vandenbergh, 1990) (PAQ) and Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire (Baer et al, 2008) (FFMQ). The data analysis was conducted through pathway analysis and Bootstrap test.
Findings: The results showed that mindfulness and pregnancy anxiety have significant relationship with quality of life (p<0.01). Moreover, mindfulness and pregnancy anxiety have significant direct effect on the quality of life (p<0.01). Furthermore, the results of Bootstap test showed that pregnancy anxiety has significant mediation role in the relationship of mindfulness with pregnant women’s quality of life (p<0.01). Finally, the model enjoyed an appropriate goodness of fit.
Conclusion: Considering the significant mediation role of pregnancy anxiety it is necessary for the clinical therapists to decrease pregnant women’s anxiety through applying efficient psychological therapy methods.
