مدل یابی تعارضات زناشویی براساس سبک های دلبستگی: نقش میانجی حیطه های طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان در آستانه طلاق

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل یابی تعارضات زناشویی براساس سبک های دلبستگی با نقش میانجی حیطه های طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان در آستانه طلاق بود.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی واز نوع مطالعه همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری زنان دارای تعارضات زناشویی درآستانه طلاق شهر تهران بود که در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا آبان 1399 به مراکز مشاوره خانواده منطقه سه شهر تهران مراجعه کرده بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای بود و حجم نمونه بر اساس نرم‌افزار آماری G Power 440 نفر تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: مدل ساختاری پیش‌بینی تعارضات زناشویی براساس سبک‌های دلبستگی با نقش واسطه‌ای حیطه های طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان درآستانه طلاق از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. از بین سبک های دلبستگی فقط سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی از طریق حوزه طرد و بریدگی و جهت مندی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بر تعارض زناشویی تأثیر می گذارد و سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا از طریق حوزه گوش بزنگی بر تعارض زناشویی تأثیر می گذارد.. همچنین بین سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی/ دوسوگرا و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد، خود‌گردانی و عملکرد مختل، محدودیت‌های مختل، دیگر جهت‌مندی، گوش به زنگی بیش از حد و بازداری رابطه مثبت و معنا‌داری وجود دارد، اما بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه رابطه منفی و معکوس وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری:. شناخت طرحواره ها به ایجاد راهکارهایی برای تغییر در شناخت و افکار افراد کمک می کند و از طریق بهبود روابط باعث رضایت زناشویی می گردد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this study was to model marital conflicts based on attachment styles with the mediating role of early maladaptive schema domains in women on the verge of divorce.
Method: The research method was descriptive and the type of study was correlational. The statistical population of women with marital conflicts was on the verge of divorce in Tehran, who had referred to family counseling centers in the third district of Tehran from May to November 2016. The sampling method was multi-stage and the sample size was determined based on G Power 440 statistical software.
Results: The structural model of predicting marital conflicts based on attachment styles with the mediating role of areas of early maladaptive schemas in women on the verge of divorce has a good fit. Among the attachment styles, only the avoidant attachment style affects marital conflict through the domain of exclusion and orientation of early maladaptive schemas, and the ambivalent attachment style affects marital conflict through the domain of deafness. Also between insecure attachment styles. Avoidance / ambivalence and early maladaptive schemas in the field of cut and rejection, self-management and dysfunction, impaired constraints, other orientation, excessive ringing and inhibition, but there is a negative relationship between secure attachment style and early maladaptive schemas. There is a reverse.
Conclusion:. Knowing the schemas helps to create solutions to change people's cognition and thoughts and leads to marital satisfaction by improving relationships.
