نقش میانجی ویژگی‌های شغلی در رابطه بین رضایت شغلی با خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی در بین کارمندان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی غرب مازندران

چکیده

مقدمه
مطالعه حاضر با هدف نقش میانجی ویژگی‌های شغلی در رابطه بین رضایت شغلی بر خودکارامدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی در کارمندان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی غرب مازندران انجام شد.
روش کار
این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی بود و جامعه مورد بررسی شامل کارمندان دانشگاه آزاد غرب مازندران بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی 500 نفر بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی محقق ساخته، پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های شغلی خشنود (1390) و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا بود.
نتایج
تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد بین رضایت شغلی و خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی با ضریب 54/0، بین ویژگی‌های شغل و خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی با ضریب 84/0 و بین رضایت شغلی و ویژگی‌های شغل با ضریب 66/0 رابطه وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری
درنتیجه بین رضایت شغلی بر خودکارامدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی با درنظر گرفتن نقش میانجی ویژگی‌های شغلی رابطه وجود دارد. نتایج این مطالعه، لزوم توجه به ارتقای رضایتمندی شغلی در کارمندان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی غرب مازندران را متذکر می‌شود.

Introduction
The aim of this study was to mediate the role of job characteristics in the relationship between job satisfaction and self-efficacy in job decision making in employees of Islamic Azad University of West Mazandaran.
Material and Methods
This study was a correlational study and the study population included the staff of West Mazandaran Azad University. Using relative class sampling method, 500 people were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection tools were researcher-made self-efficacy questionnaire, Satisfied Job Characteristics Questionnaire (2011) and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire.
Results
Analysis of data using structural equation modeling showed that between job satisfaction and self-efficacy in job decision making with a coefficient of 0.54, between job characteristics and self-efficacy in job decision making with a coefficient of 0.84 and between job satisfaction and job characteristics with a coefficient of 0.66 there are 0 relationships.
Conclusion
As a result, there is a relationship between job satisfaction and self-efficacy in job decision making with the mediating role of job characteristics. The results of this study indicate the need to pay attention to promoting job satisfaction in employees of the Islamic Azad University of West Mazandaran.
