اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر دلزدگی زناشویی و دلبستگی زوجی کارکنان دارای تعارض کار و خانواده

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: بروز تعارض بین کار و خانواده سبب می‌شود تا علمکرد خانوادگی و شغلی فرد با آسیب جدی مواجه شود. بر این اساس این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر دلزدگی زناشویی و دلبستگی زوجی کارکنان دارای تعارض کار و خانواده انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارمندان با تعارض کار و خانواده در شرکت ایران خودرو (شهر تهران) در شش‌ماهه دوم سال 1398 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 کارمندان با تعارض کار-خانواده با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 کارمند). گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه تحت آموزش رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک (لینهان، 2004) قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌‌های تعارض کار- خانواده (کارلسون و همکاران، 2000)، دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1996) و دلبستگی زوجین (بارتولوموو، 1998) استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری 23SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر دلزدگی زناشویی (001/0p<) و دلبستگی زوجی (001/0p<) کارکنان دارای تعارض کار و خانواده تاثیر معنادار داشته است. بدین صورت که این درمان توانسته منجر به کاهش دلزدگی زناشویی و بهبود دلبستگی زوجی کارکنان شود.

Introduction and purpose: Conflicts between work and family cause serious damage to a person's family and professional performance. According to this the present study was conducted aiming to determine the effectiveness of dialectic behavior therapy on marital burnout and marital attachment of the employees with work-family conflict.
Material and Methods: It was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest design with control group and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population included the employees with work-family conflict at Iran Khodro Company (Tehran) in the autumn and winter of 2019-20. 30 employees with work-family conflict were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly replaced into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 employees. The experimental group was undergone 10 sessions of dialectic behavior therapy (Linhan, 2004). Work-family conflict questionnaire (Carlson et.al, 2000), marital burnout and questionnaire (Pines, 1996) and marital attachment questionnaire (Bartholomew, 1998) were used in the present study. The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA via SPSS23 software.
Findings: The results showed that dialectic behavior therapy has had significant effect on marital burnout (p<0.001) and marital attachment (p<0.001) of the employees with work- family conflict in a way that this therapy could lead to the decrase marital burnout and improvement of marital burnout and marital attachment of the employees.
