مقایسه ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و طرحواره‌های هیجانی در افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون و افراد عادی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژهش حاضر مقایسه ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت طبق DSM-5 و طرحواره‌های هیجانی در افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون و افراد عادی بود.
روش کار: طرح پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع علّی-مقایسه‌ای بود. تعداد 35 نفر از افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون از 3 مرکز ترک اعتیاد به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و 35 نفر از افراد عادی نیز با افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون از نظر سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تأهل و سطح تحصیلات همتاسازی شدند. هر دو گروه به وسیله مقیاس طرحواره‌های هیجانی و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه‌ی ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان دهنده تفاوت معنادار در مولفه‌‌‌های قابل درک بودن و ارزش‌های والاتر از مقیاس طرحواره‌های هیجانی و همچنین مؤلفه‌های مخالفت‌ورزی و مهارگسیختگی از مقیاس ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت بین افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون و افراد عادی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان گفت ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و طرحواره‌های هیجانی ناسازگار یاد شده می‌توانند در زمینه پیشگیری از مصرف مواد و مداخله روی افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to compare the abnormal personality dimensions according to the DSM-5 and the emotional schemas in patients under methadone maintenance treatment and ordinary people.
Material and Methods: the plan of the present study was descriptive and causal-comparative. 35 patients under methadone maintenance treatment were selected by available sampling method from 3 addiction treatment centers and 35 ordinary people were matched with patients under methadone maintenance treatment with age, gender, marital status and level of education.
Results: The results showed a significant difference in the Comprehensibility and Higher values components of the emotional schemas scale, as well as Antagonism and Disinhibition components of the pathological personality dimensions scale between patients under methadone maintenance treatment and ordinary people.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that the mentioned maladaptive emotional schemas and pathological personality dimensions can be considered in the field of prevention of substance use and intervention on patients under methadone maintenance treatment.
