اثربخشی آموزش خودزاد بر دغدغه رضایت جنسی و عملکرد جنسی زنان با سابقه ماستکتومی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان، زندگی بسیاری از زنان در سراسر جهان را تهدید می‌کند. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش خودزاد بر عملکرد و دغدغه جنسی زنان با سابقه ماستکتومی بود.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح‌های کاربردی و آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان که سابقه ماستکومی که از بین آنها 54 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و با استفاده از شیوه تصادفی‌سازی ساده در سه گروه، آموزش خودزاد (18=n) و گروه کنترل (18=n) گماشته شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانی (سیمونز و گاهر)؛ پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان (روزن و همکاران)؛ پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی زنان (مستون و ترایپل) به دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مانکوا و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد و تحلیل‌های آماری فوق با بهره‌گیری از نرم افزار SPSS.22 به اجرا درآمد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش خودزاد بر عملکرد و دغدغه جنسی و تحمل پریشانی موثر بود. همچنین بین آموزش تنش زدایی پیشرونده بیش‌ترین تاثیر؛ و سپس آموزش خودزاد بر عملکرد و دغدغه جنسی و تحمل پریشانی تاثیر داشتند (01/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برای متغیرهای عملکرد و دغدغه جنسی زنان با سابقه ماستکتومی، آموزش تنش زدایی پیشرونده آموزش موثرتری بود.

Background and Aim: Breast cancer threatens the lives of many women around the world. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of spontaneous education on performance and sexual concern of women with a history of mastectomy.

Methods and Materials: The present study was a pre-test-post-test and follow-up design with experimental group. The statistical population of this study includes all women with breast cancer who have a history of mastocomia from which 54 people were selected as a sample using purposive sampling method and using simple randomization method in three groups: spontaneous education (n = 18) and group. Controls (n = 18) were assigned. Data using distress tolerance questionnaire (Simmons and Gahr); Women's Sexual Function Questionnaire (Rosen et al.); Women's Life Satisfaction Questionnaire (Mastoon and Triple) was obtained. Data were analyzed using Mankova method and analysis of variance with repeated measures and the above statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS.22 software.

Results: The results showed that spontaneous education was effective on sexual function and anxiety and tolerance of anxiety. Also the most effective between progressive de-stress training; Then spontaneous training had an effect on sexual performance and anxiety and tolerance of anxiety (p <0.01).

Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that for performance variables and sexual concern of women with a history of mastectomy, progressive stress relief training was more effective.
