اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی بر تکانشگری و خودآگاهی هیجانی نوجوانان با گرایش به اعتیاد

چکیده

گرایش به اعتیاد در نوجوانان و عدم توجه کافی به آن، می‌تواند آنان را به سمت رفتارهای پرخطر و اعتیاد کشانده و آسیب‌های جبران‌ناپذیری را بر جای گذارد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی بر تکانشگری و خودآگاهی هیجانی نوجوانان با گرایش به اعتیاد انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه با گرایش به اعتیاد شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 نوجوان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 نوجوان). گروه آزمایش آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی را طی دو و نیم ماه در 10 جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پس از شروع فرایند مداخله تعداد 2 نوجوان در گروه آزمایش و 2 نوجوان در گروه گواه از ادامه حضور در پژوهش انصراف دادند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه گرایش به اعتیاد (موسوی و همکاران، 1387) پرسشنامه تکانشگری (بارت و همکاران، 2004) و پرسشنامه خودآگاهی هیجانی (گرنت و همکاران، 2002) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی بر تکانشگری و انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی نوجوانان با گرایش به اعتیاد تأثیر معنادار داشته (p<0/001) و توانسته منجر به کاهش تکانشگری و افزایش خودآگاهی هیجانی این نوجوانان شود.

Tendency to addiction in adolescents and not paying enough attention to it, can lead them to high-risk and addictive behaviors and leave irreparable harm. according to this the present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness skills training on the impulsivity and emotional self-awareness in the adolescents with the addiction tendency.
The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, control group and two-month follow-up stage design. The statistical population included secondary high school students with addiction tendency in the academic year 2019-20. 30 adolescents were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 adolescents). The experimental group received ten seventy-five-minute sessions of mindfulness skills training during two-and-a-half months. 2 students in the experimental group and 2 students in the control group quitted participating in the study after beginning the process. The applied questionnaires in this study included the questionnaire of addiction tendency (Mousavi et.al, 2008), impulsivity questionnaire (Barratt, et.al, 2004) and emotional self-awareness questionnaire (Grant et al, 2002). The data were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA and Bonferroni follow-up test.
The results showed that the mindfulness skills training had significant effect on the impulsivity and emotional self-awareness of the adolescents with the addiction tendency (p<0.001) and succeeded in decreasing impulsivity and increasing Emotional self-awareness in these adolescents.
